Douglaston Golf Course is located in Douglaston, Queens. Formally known as North Hills Country Club, it became a municipal course in the early 60's. Douglaston is situated at the highest point in the Borough of Queens, providing picturesque views of the Manhattan skyline.

The beautiful old clubhouse was completely redesigned in 2004 and includes a lavish catering facility. Also in 2004 the golf course underwent a major renovation by the acclaimed architect Stephen Kay. These clubhouse and course improvements have moved Douglaston up into the position of number 2 in popularity amongst all the NYC golf courses.

Play this golf course and enjoy the experience of a country club at a fraction of the cost.

beautiful grounds course in great shape ,prepare for a long round 4h 45m for a twosome 3 par 3s in a row on back is an oddity but a challenge would recommend this course August 8, 2014
Queen's Hidden Gem Great course! Wonderful layout! Definitely coming back! August 2, 2014
Hidden gem in Queens I'll start with the pros. the course it's in excellent shape from Teebox to greens. There some really nice looking and challenging holes. Now the cons you greeted at the parking lot with a $2.74 charge. No driving range only a putting green but no chipping allow. The property is small so all the holes are punched up together. There were three groups or every hole, we had to leave after the 14th hole because of work but it took us four hours to get there. Overall it's a beautiful course but too many groups out at-once. Go and have fun! Tee boxes and greens are immaculate. Pace of play is excellent, I did go midday on a Tuesday, and the carts are good. The only real issues for me were no on course bathroom and only two places that you could get water while you are playing. Good fun for the duffer! July 23, 2014
Excellent Queens course A gem for New York City courses. Get there early on weekends to avoid the rush. Greens play extremely well for mid-summer. Challenging holes with limited visibility make this short course play above its slope. July 13, 2014
Not Bad Fun little course. Took 3.5 hours to complete. Received lunch with our package, would have rather saved money on the green;s fee and skip the lunch, but overall it was a fun little course to play. July 9, 2014
Clear Your Afternoon Schedule Let me start by saying I love this course. It is extremely well maintained, the staff is great, and the food is top notch. There is only one problem here and it is rate of play. Our round took us 5 to 5.5 hours to play, started on time, but a consistent issue this season is having rangers out to speed up slow groups. Granted there is typically a clog around some of the par 3 holes, but we waited on every hole except the last two. My word of advice to the course is to please have a ranger to have groups pick up if they are taking too long. July 7, 2014
course offers nice challenge for players. I play approximately twice a week @ various locations and I always enjoy playing @ Douglaston. The course is challenging for a person of my ability but not over whelming. At the age of 73 I'm about a 16 handicap and enjoy playing with those younger folks who think the belong on the PGA tour. Most often (after I take them down. ) I ask them how could you let an old man do that to you? It's all in fun and the game of golf. Great place to play. July 7, 2014
