Douglaston Golf Course is located in Douglaston, Queens. Formally known as North Hills Country Club, it became a municipal course in the early 60's. Douglaston is situated at the highest point in the Borough of Queens, providing picturesque views of the Manhattan skyline.

The beautiful old clubhouse was completely redesigned in 2004 and includes a lavish catering facility. Also in 2004 the golf course underwent a major renovation by the acclaimed architect Stephen Kay. Short 18 Course was in good condition with very nice greens not too fast. Plenty of blind shots from tees and into the greens too. I booked through Golf Now (Hot Deal). About half price. I arrived at the golf course well before my scheduled t-time (i.5 hrs) and was not allowed to play even though no one else was teeing off, Go Figure? June 10, 2015
A nice course The course is nicely manicured and kept in good shape. While there are some backups on the Par 3's the pace of play isn't bad overall. If you miss the fairway be prepared to look for your ball, the rough will most definitely keep your ball hidden from sight. The concession area is OK, but service is a little slow - only one person working there when I played. You get your money's worth at Douglaston. June 6, 2015
perfect day what a great day at a great place, pace of play was a little slow but other then that what a fantastic place , even had my son with me hes too little to golf yet be he carried my putter and worked the flag now he wakes up looking to go to the golf course every day June 1, 2015
Typical Muni Course Played like your typical muni course. the greens were surprisingly in good shape, but pace of play can be better. Although the value is good, this course would not be the first choice if looking to play another round. May 27, 2015
Tee time reservation has no meaning The starter decides who plays when with whom. I booked the tee-time at 5:15 am to be the first to play and I started playing at 5:45 am. People who arrived after us played before us by "talking" to the starter.... May 27, 2015
This course has mostly is good. This course has been mostly good. But this time I was very upset. Becaus My cart was died at 7th hole. So I lost three holes. I complean to there course officer. They said after finished you can play more holes. But It was too late already. So I can't play more. And They didn't gave me any rain check. I was so upset this time. April 30, 2015
Why make a tee time; you can walk right up and cut everyone I made my tee time online so there was no problem when I got to course.. Little did I know there was no need because they were letting walk ups go so my tee time was useless. My nice round turned into a 6 hour debacle!!! Why make a tee time if your going to accept every walk up and Let them out in front of reserved tee times?!!!! April 13, 2015
This course is in great early season condition The course was in great condition for the tough winter we had. The greens were a little inconsistent with speed but this is expected this early in the season. The wind was difficult but the course played well overall. April 6, 2015
