Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Course! Second time playing this course. I am a beginner, and I find the course to be a little challenging but nothing to crazy. The staff is sooooo nice!! I certainly be coming back! September 2, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great for all levels Probably the easiest course out of the NYC parks. Definitely a walkable course as it is pretty condensed. The fairways are narrow, but it is fairly easy to recover from the rough and there aren't a lot of areas to lose your ball. I was skeptical of doing the same 9 holes twice, but I actually liked it a lot. Will definitely be back. August 31, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Golf's urban oasis! Nestled in the Woodlawn section of Bronx, this 9-hole championship-caliber course features rolling hills, shoulder-high fescue, sprawling greenery and breathtaking spruce trees to compliment its majestic beauty. Rumored to be Teddy Roosevelts favorite course, you'll find many social elites spotted throughout the grounds. Ok, seriously, it's a decent 9-hole course that's worth playing off-peak times and has a very nice practice chipping and putting area. Honestly had no idea this place existed before yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the course. Worth a lap around. August 17, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Overall great experience For a small 9 hole course it plays very well and is in excellent condition. The staff is great and it's a hidden gem in the city. July 23, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Intermediate Course Mosholu has really improved from last year. The grounds are well kept. The carts run well, the staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. The clubhouse offers a good selection of food and an outdoor patio. It also has good constant rates . A very good course for beginners and intermediate players or a quick practice. July 13, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by A gem in the Bronx This is a hidden little gem. The 9 hole layout is certainly challenging with its narrow fairways so it is great to hone in on those straight shots. The greens are the BEST in NYC! The course is dominated by young people learning the game so it would be a surprise to find hordes of pre teens playing a round. It's great for the future of the game - particularly in the area. Staff is very friendly and welcoming - more so than you would find at any other municipal course. This venue is the best value in all of NYC. July 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great 9 hole course! The course is in excellent condition. Enjoyed playing there and Ralph, the starter was very professional. June 14, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Golf in the City What a pleasant surprise - a jewel of a public golf course in the middle of metro New York. This sweet nine-hole, par 32 course is in great condition and is fun to play. Two of the par fours are a real challenge and the par threes vary in length. The practice range is small with short-flight plastic balls. But, the chipping and putting greens are big and beautiful. Over all Moshulo is a truly enjoyable place to play! May 23, 2015
