Rated 5 out of 5 by Should be on your "play list" ! I first experienced the Angel Park facility about fifteen years ago. I finally got a chance to return and it's every bit as good as I remember. Pace of play was slow (~5 hours) but we were paired with a couple "locals" which made the time pass a little easier. Overseeding went well as the fairways were emerald green and the greens groomed and fast. November 6, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by NW Nice round, good conditions. anytime again, great golf day November 4, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by Good condition/Good value Fairways were in excellent condition. Greens were okay but had many divots that had not been repaired by thoughtless golfers. Booked a 1:22 tee time but starter let us out an hour early. Pace of play was excellent as we did not have to wait for anyone and completed our round in about 3 1/2 hours. October 31, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Round took 6 hrs The course was too crowded and overpriced for what it was. We had to hurry through our play just to wait at the following hole 1-2 groups back. We played for a decent price but would pay twice as much to play at any other course. Will probably never play a round there again. October 25, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Nice course Nice course but the pace was too slow. We start at 1:30pm. By the time we are finished it was dark. Other than the pace, this course is awesome. They should have ranger out to push the slow players. They need to learn how to play ready golf. October 22, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Always a fun round As a single I get hooked up with very interesting people most of the time. The course is always in very good shape. Most of the time the pace of play is excellent. October 4, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Way too slow to enjoy We booked Angel Park through Golf Now to give us some down time during our Vegas trip. With a 1PM reservation, we got there early in case we could get an early start. We were given the go ahead at about 12:45, and when we got to the first tee there was a 4-cart backup. That's how our round started, and that's how it continued. We didn't see a course marshal until after the turn. We he drove by, there was just a smile and wave but the pace never increased. We had to wait on every single hole. In front of us, the threesome and pair were all playing together as well, which was also allowed by the course. They would take their time getting off the green, often taking practice putts after the pin was replaced. They also walked through the traps to get to their carts. Not once were they called out by the course marshal, likely because he simply wasn't there. The course itself would have been great to play if we got to do the whole thing. As it was, we were playing the 15th in the dark and mid-40's. There's no way this course should be scheduling tee times for 18 after 1:00 during the winter months unless they get a new marshal and figure out how to stagger their start times better. The rental clubs were OK. certainly not anything special but I did appreciate that they put a "rock club" in the bag and explained what that was. Cats were in really good shape, and all of the staff were friendly. I won't be going back to Angel Park on upcoming Vegas trips unless I see some reviews that they've fixed their pace issues. Not worth paying for 18 when you can't finish. November 15, 2015
Rated 4 out of 5 by Re Seeding.of the course! Great Course ! Close to the Strip! Challenging! Friendly , efficient staff! However, the only negative was, the course was being seeded, subsequently the cart path only rule was in effect! September 14, 2015
