Revere Golf Club
Revere Lexington and Concord
We played both courses this week. Lexington was beautiful and more challenging. Concord was a bit easier, but still challenging. If you are a better golfer, then play Lexington. If not, then Concord my be a better fit. Either way, you won't be disappointed. The courses and facility were excellent.

Beautiful course. Needs a starter and a little structure. You could pretty much go where you wanted.

Okay due to sand on the greens
Great Facilities, unfortunately staff did not advise my group that they had put somewhat sand on the greens. Greens were somewhat fast but could not get my putting down due to the sand on the greens. Also, there was no starter to tell our group where the pin position (i.e. 1,2,3) was going to be on the day of play. I would of expected more from a Troon course with the yardage markers on the fairways. No GPS on the carts which it was stated on the GOLF NOW website.

We just finished an 8 day golf trip in Vegas, and this was our favourite. The course was unbelievably green and lush with many spectacular views.

Good Course Really Slow Play
I played and afternoon round (2:00pm start) and was hoping to play fairly quickly. The drunken bachelor party ahead of us ( 3 foursomes ) was playing so slow that we bailed out at the turn and went and played the front again.Over 3 hours for the first 9. One and a half for the second. Great course but we had really bad luck. The front nine was fun, I never saw the back.

Mislead as to course conditions
I am a Las Vegas Native and have played this course many times in the past without complaint until about two years ago when course conditions declined dramatically. When checking in for our round we specifically asked the gentlemen checking us in what condition the course was in. He responded "impeccable"!!
We proceeded to the driving range, which was beat up. Moderately acceptable given the course gets a lot of resort type guests. Range balls were slightly better than ping pong balls, but at least they were included in the green fees.
When we proceeded to the first tee putting green it was sanded out and barely puttable. We asked the starter if all the greens were like this and he responded with "I don't know"? We found out quickly as the first green was like playing on a hard packed desert road. Impossible to pick a line and ball would not hold its line. All greens were similar and totally ruined the round. A little warning in advance would have been the right thing to do.
Bunkers were similar to a municipal course, hard as a rock with little sand in them and some were unplayable. Tee boxes looked as if they were not mowed for at least a few weeks. Overall course is showing a lack of care from management and the grounds crew.
As a high frequency player it is a shame to have to cross this course off my rotation, it is a really nice track setup, but the fact you cannot trust the golf staff to give you honest information has ruined it for me.
On a positive, the cart guys (both checking in and after round) were very friendly. Also, lunch was better than average, although it did take over thirty minutes to receive our food (burgers).
I have played at many other Troon managed courses and never had this type of experience.
