Brookshire Inn & Golf Club is one of the finest golf courses in the mid-Michigan area. At 6,300 yards, the 18-hole (par 70) layout is an ideal course for both the casual and skilled golfer. Fairways of the front nine test your precision as you play. Well-manicured fairways and immaculate putting surfaces guarded by greenside bunkers truly reward good golf shots. The back nine, added in 1994, complements the original nine-hole country club course with large greens, grass swales, mounded bunkers and plenty of water.

Its wide open, Scottish-links style layout unfolds over fields, around ponds and hedgerows and ends with a magnificent challenge over beautiful wetlands. It is uniquely mature, and offers scenery more characteristic of courses only found in Northern Michigan. With it's well-staffed clubhouse, large banquet facility, and ample parking, the Brookshire Inn & Golf complex can accommodate any sized outing.

Great course for the money 2 different style 9's front to back. easy play, course in very good condition, would recommend and i will play again. October 31, 2012
Bring an extra ball or two First time playing this course. Some holes are pretty tight, not much room for error or you are in trouble or on the next fairway over. This is balanced out by a FEW holes that have some room. I'm long off the tee but I found myself using an iron on many holes to control the path based on how narrow the fairway or landing spot was. Was is pretty nice shape, greens were smooth and tee boxes were decent. Golf caddy or some kind of distance device is a must-have if you haven't played it before.... September 23, 2012

FROM LANSING: Take I-96 east to the Williamston exit 117B. Turn right on Williamston Road and drive about 2 miles (Williamston Road becomes Putnam Street.) Turn left on Church Street (the second street past the main traffic light intersection). Brookshire is on your left.

FROM DETROIT: Take I-96 west to the Williamston/Dansville exit 117. Turn right on Williamston Road and drive about 2 miles (Williamston Road becomes Putnam Street.) Turn left on Church Street (the second street past the main traffic light intersection). Brookshire is on your left.

FROM NORTHERN MICHIGAN: Take US-127 south. Merge onto I-96 east (just south of Lansing). Take the Williamston exit 117B. Turn right on Williamston Road and drive about 2 miles (Williamston Road becomes Putnam Street.) Turn left on Church Street (the second street past the main traffic light intersection).
