Tough Course I'm not a great golfer and this course wore me out. You find out quickly why it's called Cattails, they are everywhere. One tip- Hit irons off of a lot of tees. Fairways are tight. One more tip- bring a few extra sleeves. If you are a single handicap I believe this course would still be a challenge. August 8, 2014
great course was a great course nice layout fun to play, i would for sure go back August 8, 2014
Cattails Challenging course, lots of placements shots. But has some beautiful sights into the greens. Love playing here. August 2, 2014
Bring a good putter Loved the course overall. Greens were very fast and never flat. Pin placements challenging. The fairway is certainly a friend to have! August 1, 2014
challenging greens Course is in great condition. Course management is key. Strategic tee shots are imperative. Lightning fast greens. Extremely slopey. Almost goofy golf greens. Extremely difficult for the average golfer. You better be good with the flat stick or its going to be a day filled with 3 putts. Most likely the toughest greens to putt in Michigan. But still fun. Very good test. July 31, 2014
Difficult but well kept Course is clean and kept up. Definitely a difficult course that lives up to it's name. July 28, 2014
Pace of play made the round tedious There was no ranger on the course to monitor pace of play. The 18 holes took over 5 hours and we waited on every hole. At times there were 3 groups backed up on a hole. This experience really took away from what is a beautiful course. July 25, 2014
Forced Carries/Long Iron Tee Shots Course is in good shape and scenic. Played high school golf here and still do not appreciate marsh land being located in areas that would be considered good tee balls. July 21, 2014
