chemung For the first course we played this year the course was in expected conditions. April 13, 2014
ideal day course was very good value thru golfnow very few people end of season still in good shape closing this w/e November 6, 2013
team did a great job bringing the course back to it,s country club looks. tough but not too much. back nine is a good test for any player September 15, 2013
Beautiful course Wish it didn't rain so we could have enjoyed the beautiful course September 10, 2013
doesn't set up well at the tee box I thought the course was ok. I kept saying i won't hurry back. There are a few holes that look great . Most generally i though the course needed work and that it looked in bad shape. I was told this course at one time was semi-private. I don't see that at all. I;m sorry about how i feel. I play a lot of golf and honestly it was one of the worst courses i played besides the Myth the old beaver creek course. September 5, 2013
Old style course In a good way, Chemung Hills is a course from the past. Tight fairways, some par 4s that you leave the driver in the bag, smaller greens etc. I enjoyed playing this course very much. The fairways and greens were in good shape. The tees could use some work but out of the 3, I would gladly take good fairways and greens over tees. I would certainly play it again. September 3, 2013
Lots of Elevation change Chemung Hills indeed has a lot of hillls. The land is very interesting as you will find yourself hitting off an elevated tee on many of the holes. The greens are very interesting with lots of undulation, but can be a bit hard. The back nine is a great set of challenging holes and I enjoyed every one of them. Overall good course for the money. Course has many different evaluations and bind shots to the green. You must be able to hit the ball straight and accurate distance. Foursome enjoyed the round. Tight course and many hazards. I would play it again. BB September 2, 2013
