Quail Ridge was started when Randy Erskine, a five-time Michigan Open Champion and former PGA Tour player, partnered with Michigan's own renowned architect, Raymond Hearn and 15 other investors to create a "great golf course with classic lines...that would be playable for players of all levels."

Quail Ridge was opened in 1998. This 18-hole championship course is known for its stunning natural beauty and lush greenery. The most obvious characteristics are the generous fairways and greens. Large trees, gentle hills, water and bunkers come into play, but with five sets of tees, everyone in your foursome or family can have a great time playing at Quail Ridge. Our multiple tees and minimal number of forced carries make the course playable and friendly for all levels of players. We know you will love our course after your first experience, so come out and see us at Quail Ridge!

Love the course, staff and management are not great. Love the actual course, sometimes the personnel leaves a bit to be desired. And they are not great at stocking beer and providing coolers! We were there once when they were having a wedding that night, and they wouldn't let us in the clubhouse for drinks or restrooms, said there was a cart girl on the course. When she came to us on the 7th hole, she was almost totally out of everything and was leaving to go home. This kind of stuff happens a lot here. But the course is beautiful and challenging. Great condition late in the season The guys and girls at Quail Ridge have done a great job keeping the course in great condition. I love getting out to this course because I love the challenge it presents. I play the blues and had a tremendous round, though any amount of wind makes this course completely different every time you play it. Pin placements today were fairly easy as none were on the edge, though watch out for the par 5 #10 as that green is very challenging. I came in on the wrong tier and had a nasty double break two putt for par. Overall, this is my favorite course in the Grand Rapids area to play. November 10, 2012
Great Course Play this course a lot - for late in the season, it is in good shape. Guy behind counter could not have been nicer. So glad GolfNow.com has Quail Ridge as a partner. November 8, 2012
This is a very nice course. Has both easy and difficult holes. Had a great time. Played from the whites and found the yardages to be pretty accurate. November 4, 2012
This course every time good condition. I love this course and nice layout. Great pin position November 2, 2012
Nice Course I had a chance to play this course during a nice cool fall day. The layout of the course has a bit of everything, from wide open shots to holes that are tight and need careful placement and club selection. I got a great price on Golfnow.com which made golfing here an excellent value. Will certainly golf here next season. October 13, 2012
Nice course, good condition, greens were fairly quick My wife and I played this course on a Saturday afternoon. It did not appear to be too busy when we played. We were staying in Grand Rapids and the course was less than 10 minutes from our hotel. The course had some rolling hills and a few doglegs. October 4, 2012
Always enjoy playing Quail Ridge Quail Ridge is a challenging and affordable course. Always is good playing condition, says a lot for the grounds crew. September 25, 2012
