Casper Golf Courses
Like the state of Wyoming, Casper is a scenic wonder with contrast and variety. If you are looking for some outdoor adventures, this city can suit your needs. You can play golf with towering mountain ranges and deep canyons in the background. It is the second largest city in Wyoming and home to six beautiful courses, including the modern Three Crowns Golf Club, designed by world-renowned golf course architect Robert Trent “Bobby” Jones, Jr.
This course will be a challenge to all levels of golfers as wind will be the deciding factor on your round. Most of the holes play either into or against the wind which will make club selection challenging. Off the tee you will encounter generous fairways and large greens that will accept most shots.
In addition to golfing, Casper offers a state-of-the-art whitewater kayaking section on the North Platte River running right through the heart of Casper. If downhill skiing is more your speed, Casper is home to Hogadon Ski Area. The city also boasts 42 parks, a large recreation center, ice arena, and indoor aquatics center.
