The Brook has bent tees and mildly rolling, rye grass fairways leading to small and medium sized, L-93 Bent grass greens with moderate undulation. Five ponds and 24 sand bunkers are in play. Mature trees line most fairways.
The 18-hole par 72 course has a slope 131 and a 73.2 rating. They have shorter tee positions to accommodate other levels of play.

This course is lined with many small pines (20-25 ft tall). The only penalty for errant tee shots is a very restricted back swing, if your ball comes to rest beneath one. Otherwise, tee it high and let it fly!
