Devou Park Golf Course
Golfers have long enjoyed playing Devou Park - the Covington area's premier public golf course. Devou Park takes golfers through rolling hills and scenic views of downtown Covington and Cincinnati, presenting a championship layout that presents its own set of challenges for both the expert golfer and novice beginner.
Opening in 1922, the front nine was originally crafted by golf professional John Brophy. Architect Gene Bates completed the 18 hole course with the second nine opening in 1995. The 6,091-yard layout offers plush Rye Grass fairways and greens and a fun and enjoyable experience for golfers of all abilities.
Devou Park is enrolled in the Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Program for Golf Courses to ensure that the course helps to protect our local environment, conserve natural resources, and provide wildlife habitats.
