Beautiful and very tough I was visiting Iowa, and expected flat terrain and probably a boring layout. Not here. This course is very hilly and it's built in the woods. Houses are only seen briefly on the left side of 3 holes. Bring a lot of balls. If you stray from the fairway even a little, there is a good chance your ball will be gone. The course plays much tougher than it's course rating, and you probably need to play it a couple times to shoot a decent score. September 21, 2012
