Coral Creek Golf Course
This Course was a Real Clunker
Picture a golf course on the Ewa plain, the hottest part of Oahu, then put it under the airplane landing pattern for Honolulu International Airport, add fairways that have not
been mowed, and are over-saturated with sprinkler water, then show almost no maintenance, and no weeding off the fairways, and no upkeep of local landscaping, no cart service, no beverage cart, and large groups of Japanese bused in
to back up the course, you have a Clunker golf course.
At any price, Coral Creek does not work for us.
We played in the AM, it gets more unbearable with increasing air traffic, and excess heat later on.
Many of the greens on the front side were recently aerated. On the majority of holes there were big clumps of mown grass and dirt in front of greens, and on fairways, the tracks looked as if Hogzilla had been there.
Many tees and some greens had bare spots.
Most of the front nine approach to the green areas are too soggy, but it has not rained here in over two weeks.
The no cart signs start at 150 yards out and that means long trips over very bumpy ground.
There are lots of flower-covered pergolas on every hole, our starter was friendly, and the lady in the pro shop
The course was the problem.

Rate is not worth the course condition and customer care is terrible. Tried speaking with the person in charge once and they were "to busy" for me.

We were behind a fivesome that would not let us play through. We had to get the Marshall to let us pass. Bunkers had not been worked with weeds in them. Lots of graffiti on the outside of the bathroom walls and in the tunnels. Warning signs to not leave valuables unattended at any time in cart for theft could occur. Was a little unnerving to go to the green to putt. I left a seat cover and went back several days later and it was not in the lost and found. So basically stolen.
