Jekyll Island Golf Club - Oleander Course
Jekyll Island has been a golf destination since 1898, today, Jekyll Island boasts 63 holes of golf on three 18-hole courses and one 9-hole course, earning Jekyll Island the bragging rights as Georgia's largest public golf resort. The Oleander Course, considered the local favorite among Jekyll Island golf courses, follows the Island's inland lakes and Pine forest on the grounds that once was the 34th oldest registered golf course in the United States. The 1964, Dick Wilson-designed course challenges golfers with numerous dog legs, par 4's, 5's and situated only 300 yards from the ocean, trade winds will often affect your play.
