Great Design Very good test. Greens good and fast. Just good value for $. City of Conyers - you have a jewel here - polish and preserve it. April 13, 2014
Great layout, poor condition Mr. Palmer laid out a great course on a great piece of property. However, the course is not currently in good condition. Many of the bunkers were washed out and unplayable. Grass on many of the blue tees was very, very sparse. Greens were just OK. For the price to play (which was $85), the experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this course to anyone else at this time. We were given a tee gift (ball mark tool), a cap and lunch. Maybe these were meant as a diversion to the shape of the golf course. The practice tee was pretty chopped up as well. No one transferred our clubs from the bag drop to a cart. A real lack of attention to the customer. My first (and maybe last) experience with Master's week golf in Georgia! David Belt April 11, 2014
Best greens I have played all year I have played at many metro Atlanta courses so far this year. But Cherokee run has been the best golf course as far as conditions and especially the greens. I know I will be back several more times in the next few months. April 4, 2014
Review Great course and very challenging. Will play again, but you must bring a yardage range finder because the fairways are only marked at the 200 and 150. Otherwise, you spend a lot of time guessing. The course didn't provide sand to fill in divots, so lots of divot marks. March 31, 2014
Talk about bang for your buck. The course is in great shape. The bunkers play out well, I know I was in enough of them. Take a camera you will want to take a picture. Play well. March 31, 2014
Great course from hole 1 to 18 This course is truly a joy to play. Challenges every club in your bag. Excellent layout and in outstanding shape. March 25, 2014
a beautiful course Cherokee run was amazing, high tee boxes, fast, treacherous greens and deceptive elevation changes! My only complaint is not being able to carry a personal cooler. March 10, 2014
Cherokee Run Not bad for the price. Above average difficulty though. March 3, 2014
