The course was cart path only due to heavy rains the past few weeks. The rough was approaching US Open rough (as in standing in the rough, it was at my ankles). I lost 3 golf balls just because you could only find your ball in the rough if you happened to stand right over it. The fairways were quite mucky in some places. Putting aside the impacts from the weather, the layout is fairly straight forward and a fair challenge. The greens rolled nice, but desperately needed a mow. The staff was friendly and there was cold water on the course. For the price, I would play it again.

The course was almost completely under water. The fairways am had huge puddles and the rough was very high. Many times I hit a ball just off the fairway and lost the ball in the rough and around the green.

Cypress wood Swamp
Good price - $12.
Fairway needs help. Greens are ok at best.
Most of the back 9 fairways were soaked.

The roughs had not been mowed in many weeks it appeared. You had to search and search for balls and then we lost many we could not find. Even the fairways were long and mixed with weeds. The greens were extremely slow and some were definitely burnt or lacking grass.

Fairways and greens were bone dry when I played. Ball bounces and rolls a lot on the fairways, which help the course play shorter. Greens can be tough to read. Relatively wide course with room to hit.

Rural course but on community
You need to be precise or water/ trees can catch you.
They are trying to improve greens but large areas still poor.

Course in very poor condition. Fairways were patchy and tees not muchbetter. Looks a good deal but not good value for money.
