Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge
Orange County Nation Golf Center offers two courses, Panther Lake and Crooked Cat. Panther Lake , The World's Only Golf Course with 18 Signature Holes -- Orange County National's Panther Lake Course was the first course ever designed to feature 18 signature holes and showcase the native beauty of the Florida landscape. It accomplishes this feat in spectacular fashion. The sheer variety of the holes will astound you and make you think you are playing golf on holes that are continents, not yards apart. The course incorporates rolling hills with up to 60-foot elevation changes as it winds through natural oak hammocks, pine forests, scenic wetlands and glistening freshwater lakes. A heroic 7,295-yard from the tips Panther Lake also offers the more manageable options of 6816, 6298 and 5094 yards allowing players of all levels to enjoy as much or as little course as they wish.
Crooked Cat, A Taste of the Scottish Highlands in Orlando -- Crooked Cat offers a strong compliment to its sister course, Panther Lake. Crooked Cat has its own unique characteristics giving the player the choice of playing two very different courses in the same day. Designed with a distinct 'links' flavor, its open and flowing design features few trees, wide terraced fairways and native heather grass in the rough. This design gives the player an experience reminiscent of that found about 3000 miles to the east in the Scottish Highlands. With large sloping greens, steep grass and sand bunkers, lots of native vegetation, and 50-foot elevation changes, Crooked Cat offers a true test to golfers of all skill levels. A fearsome 7,277-yards from the back tees, the course also can be played at 6748, 6035, 5236 yards
