Martin County Golf & Country Club
Shot making challenge.
Great value and a challenging layout on the gold/blue course. Many times you won't just grab your driver and whale away of the tee. Dog-legs and water hazards may have you opting for a medium iron instead. This is a nice course, not a high dollar show place.

The starter was an old man that did his job poorly. He did not like golf now, but gave no reason.
The coarse was not too hard go play, and I had
a good time.

Not bad for a well played course
It was a ride for us, about an hr & 1/2 and it was located in a somewhat unusual place but it was well manicured and the round went smoothly. It helped that we paired up with a local who knew the course because it can be tricky playing without knowledge. Greens are small but nicely maintained & there are a lot of worse courses in the area. We played Gold/Blue so can't comment on others. Good price for this time of year.

Lots of walkers
The pace of play was quick even with people walking. But the greens looked like people wearing spikes drag their feet. It is also confusing finding the next hole. Overall I enjoyed the game. The snack bar was closed which was a bummer.

The blue gold course is a challenge lots of water.
Martin County CC , is a great place to play. But not being able to bring a cooler on the course, stinks. The bar wasn't even open on a Saturday. They charge you 25 cents for a plastic cup to get ice and water. Why can't you bring a small cooler on the course?? I know some people can't act their age,but not of us fit that category.
