St. James Course was okay. Greens were like putting on linoleum. Found out after round greens are being replaced starting on May 11. They were not sure if temp greens were goin to used or close 9 at a time. May 8, 2015
Greens need help Overall the course was in good shape, however the greens need help. May 5, 2015
Pasture Grass This course is in terrible shape. The greens are the worst I have seen in St. Lucie County. I hear the course is for sale and the current owner is not spending one dollar on it. Well, it sure shows. Please don't waste the 10 or 12 bucks it will cost you to play on this awful of a course. I wished I woulda have taken some pictures to upload. May 4, 2015
Good practice course Good fairways. But the greens need in bad shape. Friendly staff and clean facilities. May 3, 2015
bad greens the course itself was challenging and fairways were good but once you reach the green don't expect to score well, not sure what happened to the greens but they looked diseased. I was sorry I had spent my money to play this course. the ball seemed to bounce from one tuft of grass to the next. not enjoyable, I don't believe I one putted any green no matter how short the putt. only consolation was that someone said they were going to redo all the greens. Greens need to be rebuilt before I play here again Greens were absolutely terrible. bumpy, bald spots. April 26, 2015
Bad time of year? The greens were in probably the worst condition of any course I've ever played. We were warned of this prior to play, but they were pretty bad... Staff is friendly, the starter/ranger was really nice and helpful, and if the course was in better condition, seems like it would be a great course. Somewhat challenging, water on almost every hole and plays pretty long from the black tees. April 15, 2015
Great course for the value cheapest rates in the county. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Course is very forgiving for the average golfer. links style wide fairways and big greens. course is getting new greens in a few months. Cant wait to play after greens put in. April 7, 2015
