very poor shape The course was very wet and lacked care. the fairways were terrible with all kinds of weeds and grasses growing on them. The green were in terrible shape as well with lots of bare spots and ruts. October 9, 2014
Decent We had a bunch of rain so course was wet. It is a very nice course. Plays open which I like. September 30, 2014
Worth while At ten dollars a round it's as cheap as a bucket of balls and course in pretty good condition. Greens not great but okay. Why not? September 6, 2014
overall nice course have played here probably 5 times this year, wide open for the most part some well placed water along some holes, the rough can get thick in some spots took us a while to find balls not far from fairway need to fire up mower a little more often, the greens should be in a lot better shape than they are, weeds growing up dead spots all over really bumpy no true rolls, greens actually played better the week after aeration they were fast and smoother with all the sand on em, but I will play here again in few weeks August 24, 2014
Rained Out The weather made it impossible to finish play. They actually had to close the course down. It gave of a chance to sit in the Clubhouse and enjoy the company of other Golfers and the Staff. August 17, 2014
Wide open Good coarse grass was a little high but it has been raining. August 11, 2014
Great time at St. James Great time at the course would recommend. Stop by and hit a few. Wide open fairways great for beginners. August 6, 2014
Disappointed again! I recently play this course three weeks ago and used a rain check. We were teeing off at 1 and the starter told us the rain check was expired. They could have told us that when we checked in? Yesterday we managed to get through 12 holes and it started to rain. I did not expect a 9 hole rain check but was told we would not get any rain check because we were already over the two hour time limit? I have never heard of this.. If the people in front are slow playing how can you complete a round of golf in two hours let alone 9 holes. I have golfed this course from the day it opened and WILL NOT RETURN. July 28, 2014
