Challenging Had a great time at Camp Creek we played Oct. 11 2012. The course was in great shape, need to be accurate on your shots if not than your ball is lost. Lots of elevation changes, used every club in my bag. We didn't have GPS with us but the sprinkler heads had distance marked on them. They give you a sheet with distance from center of green to pin placement + or - yards. The course plays well for a lefty or a righty. Will play again next time down there. October 15, 2012
Super course, breathtaking round regardless of score By far the best course in the Destin area if you are willing to drive the 40 minutes. This is a course everyone should experience at least once you your lifetime! March 2, 2013
this course has lush fairways I totally enjoyed golfing here as everything was in pristine conditions and staff was super friendly March 1, 2013
Best course in the panhandle. This course is consistently in the best condition of any course in the area. One of the only courses in the area with elevation. The views are spectacular. Highly recommended! March 1, 2013
always a treat to play course was dry in spite of heavy rain last four days . Great greens and fairways , course conditions very good . A pleasure to play here in the wilderness with no housing developments along the fairways February 28, 2013
The Golf Now price made this one of the best deals in NW Florida The course was better than I would ever expect. The greens and rough weren't growing well yet but still better than most! The fairways are like lush green carpets. February 23, 2013
A must play by anyone who enjoys great conditions in a serene setting. Warning: greens are difficult! The course is beautiful. The layout is great. No homes, just wildlife. Greens are absolutely the largest I've ever played or seen before. However, they are andulating and lend to 3 and 4 putts. We all know 3-putting stings, however you'll find yourself forgetting about the last score as you drive to the next hole and look out at the majestic setting. February 23, 2013
Bring your A+ Game This is one tough layout. Several 400 plus yard par 4's, subtle and huge greens (did I mention 3 putts?), rarely a level lie all await the adventuresome. February 15, 2013
Beautiful course! This is one of my favorite courses in the area. Very challenging, get to use all the clubs in the bag.. Greens are huge, love them. No GPS but well marked. February 8, 2013
Beautiful course Brought my Dad here while on a winter vacation in Grayton Beach. Beautiful course, but very challenging since its a Fazio design. Greens and fairways were in excellent shape considering it is January. Staff was all friendly and helpful and the starter let us go off on the back 9 so we wouldn't be held up by the 2 groups of 4 snowbirds in front of us. Will definitely play here again if the chance arises! January 31, 2013
Outstanding course! Course was in great condittion. Fairways lush, greens were full, course was not crowded. Lots of sand and water to challenge you but, it was very playable. Greens might could have been mowed a bit tighter but if so, the loam of the greens would make them very difficult to putt. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This course was on my play list for te area and I enjoyed it very much. I would play it again very soon. January 16, 2013
Awesome layout and well maintained facility! Camp Creek is very exclusive so pace of play is excellent and staff is very friendly and attentive. Course layout distinguishes it from other area courses as it is shaped around the natural landscape with minimal dectractions e.g. no houses and hardly any views of roads. Greens are very large and meticuously manicured but have steep contours making them quite challening to read. Practice facility is beyond impressive as well. I highly recommend this course IF you are able to play at a reduced rate (i.e. golfnow) as the HIGH greens fee is the only drawback. January 11, 2013
Great course nice people great course nie people greens great fairways perfect nice views and a big gator December 30, 2012
Natural setting Very natural setting. Fair, playable design because of number of tees. December 15, 2012
grate course Very nice fairway Very nice green But high price. If I could see the beautiful sea at some hole, it’s perfect. November 26, 2012
Must Play Track Great course. The best for sure in the area. One of the best courses I have ever played. As a 2 handicap, I had all I wanted from the tips. Great staff and practice area. Targets on both sides of ranges to prepare for any wind conditions that may exist. A must for anyone in the Panhandle area. November 12, 2012
Great course but very difficult The course was in very good shape and a typical Troon managed course. The greens are huge but the pin placement info was accurate. It is very difficult. Check out the slopes. Unless you are a 5 handicap or less you should probably play 2 up(white). October 13, 2012
Incredible Can't wait to play it again. Every aspect was manicured to perfection. Greens were difficult to read and lightning fast, but that is expected from a Fazio designed course. Quiet, serene, no houses with "yard equipment" noises to distract you, because at this course, you need to think your shots through and execute. It's a perfect blend with the natural landscape. I will definately be back to play it again. October 4, 2012
Best course for the money in the area. An excellent course for all skills and is extremely well kept. The staff treated each equally regardless of skill level or how much you paid to play. Among my best experiences in this area. October 4, 2012
A great place to play for all levels of golf Our group had three levela of play, a 3, 16, and a old man (76) and we all had a great time. October 4, 2012
Great layout but not for the money. It is a good Fazio layout but the condition was average at best. For the price and what they were charging is why I give it a poor rating. It was one time ranked in the top 10 in Florida but can see why it is no longer in the top 10. September 24, 2012
