Grande Vista Golf Club - Grande Vista Golf Club Course
good deal if you book golfnow
over all nice course, but they were plugging the fairway wich was distractive and the machinery was noisy during play. the other negative is it winds through the grand vista resort so there is some dealing with cars and people walking on cartways. overall good but glad we booked on golf now and paid 10 per player instead of 30 ish booking with the resort.

Great 9 Hole/ Practice Course
Par 4's and 3's- no Par 5s. Par 3s are challenging, most have carries over water. Plenty of driving room on the Par 4s. Course is short even from the back green tees, but very enjoyable.

Short and quick
If you are interested in playing a few holes before starting your day, this is a course for you. You'll have fun provided you are more than an average play due to lots of water hazards to contend with.

Great Short Course
My wife and I played here twice while at a convention in Orlando. The course is excellent if you are a low-mid h/cap and want to play with someone with a high h/cap or just learning - you will both have fun! You will use all the clubs and be done in less than two hours. The pace of play was excellent and conditions outstanding. Staff friendly and one of the best starters I've had the pleasure of meeting. Highly recommended for a quick game that's not a pitch n putt - its a real course !

Beautiful resort type course
This is a very well maintained course. The course was in great condition, very lush and green. The greens were in very good condition. They also have an extensive practice area. It looks like it is a place that conducts many golf schools. On eod the few negatives is the fact that it is a nine hole course. It is also very short. It does have a couple of challenging holes, like number three. Number three is a sharp dogleg left par four that requires a good solid drive to reach the fairway. You drive over the junk area and hopefully don't go completely through the fairway. It's also a pretty pricey course for nine holes, about $60 or so. Add $17 for the second nine to play 18 holes. I still recommend the course because of its condition.

Executive 9 holes surrounded by timeshare condos.
I thought I was buying 18 holes of golf but being a visitor from Europe I missed the small print. It appears GolfNow put a little marker at the side to tell you it is 9 or 18.My fault for being a foreigner! $66 for two for 9 holes on an executive course was poor value in my opinion. No mention of it being an executive course!
But the reception was good, the pro shop were good and very sympathetic with my error. And my wife and I tried to enjoy the facility but!!!

Nice way to end our week of golf
For our week of golf in Orlando, we decided to play Grande Vista on the last day, and somewhere close to the airport for our evening flight out.
We were not disappointed, we were a little worn out, and playing 2 nine's here was perfect. The pro's were friendly and helpful and got us organized and out to the driving range for our warm-up. The 1st tee is at the end of the range, and we were greeted warmly by the starter and we were told the course was wide open, and it was. This is a premium facility the clubhouse and course are very nice and well maintained. While the holes are straight forward and don't have any doglegs or elevation changes, it was still fun to play. Bunkers were in great shape and the greens were relatively fast. Played the whites the first 9 and then the back tees to change it up a bit and it changed some of the holes completely. If you are looking for a fun round, or have some beginners in your group it would be perfect. Lunch in the clubhouse was very, very good.
