Eagle Creek Golf Club
Pace of play was slow
The pace of play was extremely slow. It appeared as though Eagle Creek booked tee times every four minutes. The pace never picked up and it took over five hours to play. We also didn't see the cart girl until the 9th hole. We were extremely disappointed with the course and probably won't play again.

Very nice course
I had a partner to play this course with me, and due to an open tee time in front of us, we were not paired with anyone. No problem getting through the course in under 4 hours. One slow down, but we were a two behind a four.
Johnny set us up with our cart, and also being from Michigan, shared some course tips with us. Very friendly and knowledgeable. As was the rest of the staff.
This course was a fairly easy play with few doglegs or real danger, except for the bunkers. Stay out of them.
The course did not have too many spectacular views (one of the reasons I like golf) as it is surrounded by a community of homes, and a major road borders a couple of holes. I am spoiled with the elevation changes we see on many courses in Michigan. This course is flat. We did see one small gator. Lots of other wild life as it is in a wetland area.
I do recommend this course. We got the range, golf, and lunch deal. WELL WORTH IT as this was our first round of the year so the range helped and the lunch offered three good choices.

Very good condition. Often needs drive & second shot placements. Accommodates reasonable good shots. Avoid bunkers, they usually have high lips, certainly the pot bunkers.
A course one needs to play again after first time out. Beautiful Par 3's & number 18.
Glad went there.

All round nice place to play.
Lots of room. Not too punishing. Some tough but fair holes. View of the 18th from the 2nd story restaurant is beautiful. Always fun, (except from the pot bunkers on #11.)

Simply said, this is a great place. At once, we were greater by a friendly staff member behind the counter that took the time to welcome us, tell us a bit about the course, what to expect in terms of greens speed, etc...a great start...
This is a course where you don't want to get in those pot bunker. Better hit short and play a disciplined 3rd shot vs ending with multiple wasted shots + attached frustration associated with a pot bunker???there were simply too many of them for us...Also, the greens are faster than places we played...always aim for short of the pin...if you end up above the pin, you will be frustrated with the speed at which the ball takes off, and rolls well past the hole.
At the 9th hole, we had an issue with the electric cart...we got another one fast and in an efficient manner. Thanks to a responsive personnel.

Makes our "come back" list
Could not play yesterday because of PM tornado. Came back today and find the course in mint condition considering yesterday's heavy rain & high Wind. Great value when you can catch a good "saving" rate. Neet layout.

Great course for the money this time of year.
I live near by and it is difficult to find a quality course that doesn't cost an arm and a leg this time of year. Played for $45 and the course was fantastic. The greens are the best I have seen out here so far. Rolled very fast and true. Pace of play was a little slow but that is to be expected this time of year during spring break. I would highly recommend it to a friend.
