Overall good course. Greens need some work.
I have played this track several times over the past few years and this year, several of the greens are in rough shape. There is little difference between the blues and white tees. I like the course but would recommend playing Kelly's Plantation or Sandestin Raven as an alternative.

Great value
Beautiful views. This course was priced well for the level of condition it was in at this time. Greens and green surrounds where over seeded whiched helped a lot

Fun Course!
This was a fun course to play but could be kept in better condition. Many of the tee boxes and greens had a lot of sand on them. The price that we got through GolfNow was great and the course was a fun course to play. I would definately play here again if I get the chance. I consider this course to be challenging but fair.

rough greens, unfriendly staff, overpriced.
Maybe a $30 course at best. Nice scenery. Practice area needs attention.

Farways hard as a rock.
Fairways where hard as a rock. Greens below avergae.
Sanck bar way overpriced and they can't make a a good drink. Pass on 19th hole and go to the Cabana bar 1 minute away.

This was just a place to play.
The staff here was friendly. The course was in a great setting. It was March so fairways weren't completely green. The greens needed some work. For a resort course, this was disappointing. In Ontario, we would refer to this course as a bit of a cow pasture. Overall it was average value for the "hot deal" money we paid. Of the 5 courses I played in the area this week, this was 4 of 5.

Unkept old Goat Ranch!
It would appear that a long long time ago, in a galaxy far far away this may have been a nice well-kept course. Not so anymore! You get the feeling that money is tight, there is little to no course maintenance, and possibly the course will be sold off for development once the economy improves? I've played much, much nicer courses for 30 bucks! Though run down, this GOAT RANCH has some nice views and challenges. Don't expect much, then you may enjoy it more. "18 lush contoured fairways" ... come on, how about some truth in advertising!!!

This course was fun.
Very nice course to play. Well maintained. Fairways in good shape.
Fun par 3's. Greens are very nice, except for 17th hole, little bumpy. Good price. Will golf this course again.

Awful course conditions....they should charge half-price, no more
A cow's pasture. Poor green conditions, slow, bumpy, many green areas lacking grass. Tee boxes as if they were never maintained, not flat, like a mule's back. Fairways fair, but no more. They should not charge 39-49 for this, not worth more than $19, cart included. C'mon, put some money into maintenance!

Good value
Course recently replaced all their golf carts and they no longer have GPS. Very few yardage markers.

We had an enjoyable time
There were two of us and the starter got us out ahead of a foursome that was walking so we were happy. For the most part the couse was in OK shape but some of the greens had some bad spots with no grass and several of the tee boxes were crowned to the point it was hard to have a level stance. Some tee boxes did not have much grass.

I will definitely be back to play here!
I am excited to play this course again! My dad visits quite frequently, and I have already told him that this course will be added to our list of regulars for us. The greens could use some work, and some of the fairways as well. But the designs of the holes were awesome! There were some very well designed holes that require well placed drives, and strategic shots, but the course was not overly challenging for the average golfer.

This is a good value course. Not nearly as bad as some of the reviews, but still could use some attention to the greens.

Pretty good course
Slow play...too many players...waited on every hole on front nine and then joined another two-some to keep from taking 5 hours to play. Course in good shape.

Interesting layout.
Though the cost was more than reasonable, we were not really impressed with the course condition. The greens were shaggy and slow. The pro shop was disappointing though the staff was friendly. For the ideal location, we expected better.

It was in October and the course was a bit rough needed some attention
Greens were in poor shape! Fairways were decent , tee boxes needed attention.

Deceiving course, tougher than it appears
Weather was perfect, 75 degrees, no wind, sun shining and golf course was in good shape. Greens were a little fuzzy which made putting more challenging but overall a nice experience.

The course was in fair condition.
overall it was worth the 29 dollars paid but not the orignal price..staff was very very friendly and accommodating... really like golfnow.com.....so user friendly.

Great course for the money
Enjoyed the course very much. The starter was a great help. the only negative was our initial greeting by the employee in the pro shop. His comment was "I can smell a free player a mile away" When I asked what he meant by that comment he said you must have paid thru GolfNow because we were free players to him because the course doesn't make a dime by us being there that day. This was our first experience with GolfNow and that put a black cloud over the day. For the money it was a great play just wish the pro shop employee had kept his opinion to himself.

The course has lots of water challenges
The greens and t boxes were being seeded and therefore the greens were not cut which we did not know until we arrived.

A good course that has good risk and reward challenges.
The course allows you to challenge your game. On many holes you have an opportunity to take a chance to shoot at the sticks, but arrant shots will leave you scrambling to boggie. Pace of play was excellent.

nice design poorly maintained .
The staff was very friendly. The greens were in bad condition. The coarse had no markers to let you know which hole you were on and bad directions to the next hole.

Fairways excellent, some bare spots on some greens
This is a good value course. I have played this course several times before and it has a mix of hard and easy holes and some that are unusual. The fair ways are always in great shape and so are the greens,but this time the greens had some bare spots which had been sanded.
