Good thing for electric cart. Collectively, the 8th and 9th holes have great distances between greens and subsequent tees.

Great course as advertised! Even though its a little out of the way. Probably a better value offseason. Greens very true. Every hole makes you think.

Must play ,best greens we putted on since we arrived in Florida.
Coarse was emaculate well cared for

Great Course
We had a great round at Las Colinas. Super nice layout and very well maitained. The only downfalls are a couple of long cart rides between holes. But in a cart it doesn't matter.

Watch those blind shots of the tee!
Greens were in better shape in 2012 but still nice to play. If you are following closely the group ahead of yours, go take a peak on some of the holes where the drive is a blind shot. And once you are at your second shot, ask one of your partners to stay visible on top of the hill so that the group behind doesn't hit...through your legs at it happened to us. Course worth playing if you are staying in the area. We drove 55 minutes to get there, which was ok on the way over but a little too long on the way back after a 5hours+ round.

Great test of shot making
Whilst overshadowed by Its big brother this course is a great track with both length, strategy and shot making tested to the full. I first played it because El D was full and have been back 2 times since. GreenS are in excellent shape and have good mix of breaks from subtle to large but they roll true so misses are your fault! Whilst several holes are through the elegant development the properties don't encroach on your line or shots.

Simply outstanding
Both courses of Mission Inn are simply outstanding!
Course - outstanding.
Restaurant great.
Proshop very good.
Bathroom / Mens locker room in the club house - VERY bad and small.
Bathrooms on the course - very bad.

Unprofessional staff - unmarshalled free-for-all
Club members own their own carts and drive out to any hole at anytime. We had a couple jump in front of us as we approached the tee and proceeded to play at a 25 minute per hole pace with nobody in front of them.
When discussing the inappropriate member and unmarshalled play with management, the response was to explain how I paid less than the typical course fee by using Golf Now, so I should have no complaint.
Recap: members hop on course whenever they wish and management doesn't care how it affects your play because you use Golf Now. 'Nuff stated.

Great course.
Tha Las Colinas course at Mission Inn is the newer course - not quite as tight as El Campeon - yet still has some difficult holes. This course definitely makes you think about your shots.

Unexciting But Worth A Play
In general the course was in good shape. The greens rolled true and a little slow. A few of the greens were rather sparse around the edges. The fairways were in good shape.
The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good.
The course layout is what was disappointing. It never develops a flow and there are rather long distances between holes.
I would recommend this course as a 'Play it if you can get a decent rate'.

Great Experience!
I had an early morning tee time and was met by a polite staff in the pro shop. The pro staff had a nice selection of things to buy. Nothing out of the ordinary from other pro shops. The overall layout of the course was very nice. There are a few holes with some interesting elevation changes which add a nice touch to the course, and hole 12 "Alligator Alley" is beautiful and a challenge if you can't keep your shots straight. Tight and narrow with woods on both sides. The greens were in great shape that day with average speed which made putting not to difficult. The fairways were maintained well and the rough was still very manageable
This was a fun course to play and was very well maintained. The course difficulty was moderate from the gold tees I played, and difficulty was higher if you played from the back tees. A few elevation changes and some nice, scenic drives made this a nice, relaxing experience. A great time and great price for what you get. I would recommend playing here if your in the area.

Greens bad covered with black liquid?????
Course was nice layout, however condition of greens was horrible. Was that recycled human waste on the greens? I don't know, but was left wondering?

Nice Layout, Good Challenge
The course is integrated into a very nice parcel of land that has nice scenery, some elevation changes and good challenges for the average golfer.

Not all it's cracked up to be, at least not in January.
I knew about Mission Inn in FL well before I came down here to live and actually got the chance to play. I'd always heard it was great. Then I read many very good reviews, even recent ones from January 2013 about both courses so I figured I should try and play as soon as I could. So I got a decent rate through Golfnow.com for the Las Colinas course and was very excited. Talk about disappointment. Only the tees and fairways were overseeded and not even all those were. The greens were mixed with some overseed thrown in. Some greens were very nice, others were quite poor. The actual layout and design is great and would be quite challenging even for the best players from the back tees. I, however, was expecting much more from a course whose rack rate is $90 in January (a low part of the "main" season). I've played Orange County National, Falcon's Fire, and Celebration Golf Club all for right about the same price I paid for this place, and there is simply no comparison. ALL of them easily beat Mission Inn for value and satisfaction with the course conditions. Perhaps some other time of year is much better, maybe they overseed their rough late, but I will not be coming back to check and see!

Good value on hot now!!
Not a bad course, requires a lot of different types of shots. The yardage is great for every skill level and the shape of the course was a little above average. If you can get a hot now time for $29 then it's worth it, anything over that amount is questionable. about 75% of the greens were in good shape and the others were patchy. Overall a good course if the price is right.

good challenging course
It was cold and windy which made the course play harder. Overall challenging well maintained golf course with contoured greens that caused some 3 putts. Staff was friendly. A good golfing experience. Would play it again and recommend to a friend especially if booked thru golfnow.com deals.

Its a wonderful place
This is one of my faverite Golf resort. The place is allways in good shape and its a pleasure to play it
The clubhouse is beatifull and the pro-shop has a lot of good articles to buy.
I like this place and i will play oftren in the future.

Challenging course!
This course had several challenging holes due to narrow driving lanes. I had to punch out of areas on a few holes since I couldn't keep my drive in the fairway. Greens were rolling fast and a few of them were thin in spots,and I had several 3-putts. Fairways were nice and green with grass but mown close. Course is laid out in a beautiful area. It was a great day to be golfing, although I did not shoot my handicap.

Great shape interesting lay out
We enjoyed the clear blue day with few golfers on the course. The course conditions were perfect with some tight fairways that required low handicap skills to avoid the trees. Really a great value for the track quality.

Had only played this course once before which was years ago and love the layout and the condition of the course. Enjoyed it very much.
enjoyed the course and can't wait to go back. Had only played it once before but years ago and I think maybe some of the holes have been redesigned.

Great course with nice elevation changes
Course was in great condition overall. There are two greens that were not up to the standard of the rest but I didn't feel it affected scoring in any way. I played first thing in the morning and the grounds crew had the greens mown and the cups changed. This is uncommon for most places. First class.

Wet and tight
Bella Collinas is very different from El Campeon which is hilly and dry. Bella Collinas sits low. The fairways are narrow and wet. Conditions are not that good. I recommend playing El Campeon.

Nice course
Course was in great condition and pace of play was faster than most courses in the area. Greens fees, for this course were a bargain.

Fair & challenging layout
Greens were true and not real fast. Course is old style florida layout with lots of trees, water and pretty flat. #12 and 13 are back to back par 5's that are fun. 12 is tight and 13 is a let it rip drive then narrows towards green. I was greeted extremely friendly and when I got done had wonderful conversation with the starter. Play El Campeon when you go also.
