Located just outside Bradenton and easily accessible from I-75, The Preserve was designed and sculpted with exceptional care and respect for the natural Florida wetlands. The result is a challenging course where water is omni-present (affecting play directly on 9 holes) yet ultimately quite playable.

Charming bridges (11 of them), lush landscaping, ancient oaks, tall pines, and wetlands wildlife are abundant. Birdies fly, both winged and spherical! A genuine preserve feel has been captured by the course designer.

Terrible condition I am sad to say that this course, by far, is the worst I have ever played this side of the Atlantic Ocean. And the greenfee price did not reflect the terrible conditions. Everything from the Driving Range to the tees were in such a bad shape you had to wonder if the place had been abanded for months. You could hardly tell the tees from a bunker. Never again June 22, 2015
First time playing course The day was very hot, so cousre was not busy. The tee boxes, fairways and greens all were in good shape even with several inches of rain in the pass couple of days leading up to play. There is enough water, and contour to keep the fairways interesting. Will definitely play again. Seems the over all facility could use some TLC, edging, weeding, that sort of thing but doesnt really effect the quailty of play. June 16, 2015
This course requires great shot making. Uses every club in your bag, and depends on a great deal of accuracy. May 26, 2015
Be aware of the water The course was in decent condition . At all times you have to be aware of the water because it is on 15 holes. Look over the terrain and play smart or you will lose some golf balls. Given the price this is a bargain. It will test both long and short hitters. May 25, 2015
Better than expected Fairways and rough were growing pretty good, but the Bermuda greens have barely woke up from their dormant winter nap. However, they did roll fast and true, which aparrently was really great for my wife as she must have one putted at least 9 of them. Rumor is they are going to aerate next week , so maybe they will come to life after that. May 23, 2015
Great layout The Preserve is a good value. Friendly staff. Not a fan of a water range so that's a drawback. Holes require shot shaping on almost every hole. Some fairways require lay up. Greens are challenging enough. Plenty of water on the course, as always in Florida. Great course for the money. May 18, 2015
Great Course A good challenging course. Greens were hard and fast but to be expected this late in the season. Would golf it sgain. May 5, 2015
Poor course condition Sandhills Stork on the course eating grubs and ruining the tee blocks. The greens were firm, fast and in terrible condition as well as fairways. Beautiful layout needs lots of work and care. April 27, 2015
