Apollo Beach Golf Club’s 18 hole, 72 par course features large undulating greens and four sets of tees ranging from 5195 to 7033 yards. The challenge lies in the 87 bunkers and presence of water on every hole. Apollo Beach is one of the first courses in Florida to use Paspalum grass, a special strain that thrives in saltwater areas, taking advantage of the ocean’s sea breezes.

Apollo Beach Golf and Sea Club offers a well stocked pro shop, Golf Side Snack Bar, two PGA professionals available for private instruction, and membership benefits.

With a career spanning seven decades, Robert Trent Jones Sr. has been acclaimed as the most significant golf course architect in history. We are proud to be the only West Florida course designed by this legendary architect.

At Apollo Beach Golf Club, Mr. Trent Jones's artistic talents and design philosophy make the course a true pleasure to play for golfers of all abilities. He believed that a great course should offer a source of pleasure to the greatest number of players possible while at the same time testing their strategy, mind and skill. In all these criteria Apollo Beach delivers and brings the additional bonus of the natural beauty and wild life of Southern Florida to life on a course you will enjoy playing forever.

Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 153 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Better than I expected After reading the horrible reviews I went expecting the worst. It wasn't nearly as bad as people made it out to be. The fairways are in bad shape, but if you don't mind rolling the ball a bit it's not that big of a deal. Greens were great. I'm just returning to the game, so it was perfect for what I was looking for. Not crowded and very inexpensive. Holes have nice variety. September 21, 2015
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good layout but poor maintenance The course has a great layout and is perfectly located. the staff is very friendly and helpful. The greens are in good shape however, the fairways are less than desirable with a few holes just terrible. The fairways are more than half weeds, not grass. If you don't mind moving the ball around the weeds and dirt you can enjoy better play. The greens are the best feature. Large and usually firm, but on the slow side. Landscape could use a lot of help. If it is not raining, this course get little or no watering. September 11, 2015
Rated 1 out of 5 by What happened to Apollo Beach? Years ago I use to visit this course when vacationing from NY, the course was beautiful back then, now it is not worth my time or money. The only good points are the friendliness of the staff and the location to where I am living now. So that should let you know how bad this course is. I had forgotten about some of the great holes like 2. Nothing much else to say. August 23, 2015

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice Course, good experience I have played Apollo Beach several times and I always have a nice experience, the staff is very pleasant and helpful and the course is challenging at least for me. June 15, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by More tan excellent Golf Club for the price we paid It is a great club, nice greens and the entire 18 holes have their grade of difficult, that is good. I have two things against this club: the first one is the sign in front Of the club, it is hard to see when yo drive and you can pass straight: the secpnd thing is against mosquitoes, these are a constant throug the entire 18 holes, we suggest more often fumigations over lakes and water canals June 7, 2015
