Antler Creek Golf Course 3.7 5 7 7
antlers creek Greens a little bumpy, but otherwise pretty nice shape for nov. November 19, 2012
Awesomely tough track....must play! Only in town for 1.5 months and found a "hot deal" on website...with 5 sets of tees this place will challenge any level of golfer. Outstanding layout with many different looks and lengths to choose from. Don't play "above your level" or you will pay the price!! Only minor drawback was that the bunkers do not contain too much/any sand...but easily made up for with great practice facility and bar&grill!! Also note that greens are about 85% recovered from aeration and rolling pretty well at this time! ENJOY November 10, 2012
Course condition was poor Great layout. Course needs significant maintenance including bunkers and fairways. Additionally, aeration was in process. October 16, 2012
Good day for a good round I have played this course a number of times in tournament play. It is long and nota walkers’ course. The greens where recently sanded and aerated. So the ball did not roll turn. The fairways were in great shape. I arrived early to warm up and the Pro said I could start whenever I wanted because the course was “wide open”. I should have started a tad later than I did because I ran into a slow couple who were held up by another slow couple. No beer cart on Sunday. Even though the pace slowed at the end, it was a great value. October 15, 2012
No Starter and no Marshall on course to maintain pace of play Staff is friendly; however, golfers are all over the board with etiquette. In fact I would say that every time I played in 2012 it was as if most golfers had their own mind made up that they could play as slow as they like, very frustrating to say the least. Even the two Colorado Springs City courses have faster pace of play and clientele who understands the importance of letting faster golfers play through. Much of this could be rectified with a Starter and a Marshall. The Starter could ensure that folks don't jump on the back nine when golfers are rounding the first nine. The Marshall could speed up slow players or tell them to step aside while faster players play through. October 10, 2012
Challenging course but great value. We couldn't turn down an opportunity for this course at $29 per person (including cart) on a weekend. It was a very difficult course for avg golfers like us playing it for the first time. Luckily we were in a group with a course veteran to recommend shots and describe the holes. Play was slow but that could be expected on a Sat afternoon. October 8, 2012
Play the right tee box This is a nice course but is extremely long from the blues. While I usually play the blues, I wouldn't on this course. Just too long. But if you pick the correct tee box, it's a fair test and a nice course. September 20, 2012
