Maderas? Not Quite....But Could Be Close.... The greens were well maintained and rolled true, country club care, easily the best part of the course. However, once you are off the greens you are quickly reminded that you are on a worked over public course. With the exception of part of the fairway on 18, the fairways were simply trashed, multiple grasses, uneven cuts throughout, and the worse part is rather than using standard small cart signs, and paint for ground under repair, they have littered the course with stakes and ropes and makes the place look terrible. If they took the same care on the fairways as they do on the greens, this could be a top notch course in the area. The golf carts are old and the club house is a step above a trailer without any signs of improvement to come. You are in the middle of beautiful rustic canyons, only spotting maybe 30 mansions the entire round, the creeks and winds present a natural challenge to the play. This would easily be a 4 star course, but a 2+ at best for now. I would love the see the course improvements and with the minimal improvement, I would recommend to others! August 18, 2014

Challenge Excellent course, fantastic views, tough course for a beginner August 3, 2014
Really Fun to plan Really love the course and it is in very good shape for the summer heat. July 28, 2014
Great Getaway Crosscreek is a great course to get away from the hustle and bustle. It's quiet and packed with good views. The course is in great shape too. The greens rolled a little slow and a few are downright silly in shape, but it adds to the fun. I love the back nine at crosscreek with the mountain views and elevation changes. Overall this place is not to challenging, but it will make you work for pars on many holes. July 8, 2014
weekender great fun very challenging don't pass it up worth the money July 8, 2014
Gwm in the Hills of Temecula Great layout. Beautiful views. Some blind holes, but would play some holes different as I havent seen them before (the back nine) July 7, 2014
Anthony C. Fairways sparse in spots yet overgrown and wet in others. Greens were in great condition . This is a awesome layout with zero adjoining holes. Pace of play was frustrating at best as we teed off at 6:45 am and had to constantly wait on a slow foursome who were holding up entire course. Alerted Marshall on back nine and he stated they were only half a hole behind which was complete nonsense. This is the latest our group ever plays in a attempt to avoid slow inconsiderate play so it's back to 6 am next time . July 5, 2014
