Excellent layout, needs work This course is one of my favorite OC layouts. It has a fair amount of challenge but is in need of some work. The greens were very slow, but were pristine and rolled true (they may be keeping them a bit long due to the drought). The bunkers were however, awful, just like concrete for the most part. Not wet, just rock hard. Fairways are apparently being changed to a different grass and were for the most part browned out. April 8, 2015
Tebu Enjoyed playing this course in good shape! A little slow. Staff was excellent! We'll definitely play this golf course again. March 16, 2015
Good challenging course It's fun to play on this course. A lot of bunker. Need to be prepared. March 13, 2015
Fantastic Day Played this course with my dad (his first time there) and could not have had a better day. Will be back soon as this is the best value in south O.C.! March 7, 2015
Bad attitude The guy at the bag drop was a rude. Gave my elderly partner a bad time about bringing two bottles of special juice to drink. Then our cart died on 10 and he came out and brought is a new one and he still had attitude. This guy had worked there a long tine. Glad he wasn't there at the end. That guy was cool, friendly and took our clubs to our car. Good tip for him. The traps need new sand. Fun day in spite of the guy. Also the starter, Marshall and pro shop people were cool March 6, 2015
Beautiful & Interesting Course This course is certainly challenging. It is also beautiful. We found it to be one of the more interesting courses that is open to the public. March 5, 2015
Big course, bring your strong game Someone needs to explain to me how #13 is not the #1 handicap hole on this course. This is an over-600 yard par 5, narrow in spots, seriously challenging. There are a lot of challenging holes on this course. Not hurt quite as badly as some by the drought. I really enjoyed my round. Lots of forced carries but most of them manageable if you play the right tees. I played a combination of whites and blues and had a great time. March 3, 2015
Solid course The course was in good condition and played at a good pace. February 28, 2015
