Pacific Grove Golf Links offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, Lover's Point, Point Pinos Lighthouse and Asilomar Beach's natural sand dunes. Originally designed by Amateur Champion H. Chandler Egan in 1932, the first nine holes takes you through the forested areas of Pacific Grove and reflects the charm of a classic rural English course.

The back nine was designed by Jack Neville, original designer of the Pebble Beach Golf Links and offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean while taking the player on a trip through a traditional Scottish style links course. Play a round and Experience Golf As It Should Be!

The Pacific Grove Golf Links also includes a full service Golf Shop, driving range and practice greens. The Point Pinos Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and early dinner while offering the perfect setting for your next event. Featuring fresh, locally sourced ingredients and a inventive menu, the Point Pinos Grill is the perfect place to begin or end your round!

Great course! Play it! I played in September 2014. Course is beautiful. The front is a more traditional lay-out, but still challenging and beautiful. The back is a links-style course with most holes having fabulous views of the ocean. If you are in the area, you want to lay this course. Can't get a better value for the money!! September 21, 2014
Scenic and Challenging The Pacific Grove Links course is beautiful with oceans views and deer roaming the course which is challenging but has some easy holes. We ate in the restaurant and the special of the day was wonderful. Recommended the pasta alfredo with chicken with some fresh vegetables. The staff in the pro shop were friendly and courteous. Look forward to returning! Our weather was in the low 70s, but it can get chilly and windy there. Bring a sweater or wind breaker, just in case you need it. Enjoy! September 20, 2014
Poor Man's Pebble Great track, and great weather. Back 9 is all ocean views and more target golf. Would play this track everyday if I could! September 18, 2014
Awesome Value. Views Great From before we arrived to the course we had a good experience. We were coming from Irvine and got in quite a bit earlier than our tee time. I called over to the pro shop and talked to Mary who was more than happy to get us out earlier. We teed off 50 minutes earlier than our tee time. The staff were so friendly and the gentleman in the pro shop gave my 10 year old two gifts: a logo ball before we played and then after our round, the gentleman asked what Sean shot. He shot a great round 104 and the gentleman ( I am sorry I don't have his name) gave him a sleeve of balls. Now to the course. Amazing views. A little tight on the from and watch out for houses and the back nine----WOW spectacular views. Looked like Pebble but 90% less costly. The greens were in great shape and the bunkers were very well cared for. I will certainly play this course again anytime I am near Monterey for more than 24 hours!!! Thank you agin for a great experience September 13, 2014
lots of houses to whatch out for Front nine has lots of houses.slow play on the weekends.but mid week is pretty good September 9, 2014
A must play course... This is a must play course. I lived in Monterey for many years and never grew tired of the course. The staff is friendly and the facilities are remarkable. Not your typical "muni-course". Treat yourself a wonderful experience. September 5, 2014
Back 9 is very scenic The course was in good condition. Only problem were the green we're VERY bumpy!! For once the weather was perfect and light to moderate winds. A very enjoyable round of golf! August 27, 2014
A true golf treasure I have played this course often and this year the conditions, particularly the greens, were the best in many years. Some parts of the course, the driving range especially, still need some work, but that does not detract from the enjoyment. Don't let the shortish yardage fool you. The wind and terrain and slope of the greens defend par very well. The back nine is just like a trip to Ireland. August 26, 2014
