First off, I will return...course was in decent shape for the summer. Back 9 greens were more sandy due to recent aerification and the 15th fairway is a complete write off right now but otherwise in decent shape. The setting along the rocks is tremendous. It is a unique course for the area i find. The bacon breakfast burrito was AMAZING! The outside staff were first class as well.

Good early morning round for August. Beautiful course, but they were plugging and sanding greens this week, and this was not disclosed by GolfNow. We played the front nine twice. Greens were obviously bad. Enjoyed the round but may have played elsewhere had we known the conditions.

Just a incredibly course. The views the layout. The renovation done. It's just excellent. I believe it is better than the TPC and more need to know about it.

One of the nicest courses I've played in the Palm Springs area. It was hot that day as I pretty much had that place to myself the entire round. Bighorn sheep we're my only gallery that day :). It was in very good shape for August and for 34.00 bucks would play there every day. Awesome to say the least.

Rated 4 out of 5 by joshjohnston06 Very picturesque course. Every hole could be a computer wallpaper.
Beautiful course. Couldn't believe how nice it was. Course was in nice shape. Best greens I putted on in the month of July in the Palm Springs area. Staff wasn't the friendliest but in all a good experience for sure.

La Quinta is an area of the valley very close to the mountains...or tall rocky hills for those of you from Colorado. The course can be beautiful and tough if you play from the back tees. Greens needed water as all of the desert does.
The lack of water and the canal must have spawned the insects which rarely are an issue in the desert. they didn't bite only annoyed what could have been an excellent experience.
Feels like a private resort and staff acted accordingly. Go and have fun especially when you are all alone next to one of the valley's biggest residents...a male bighorn led his band of seven down the hill at 16th green to 17th tee....amazing that they fear not...GREAT MOMENT

Very nice staff and a great layout. Pace of play was torture. Putting was consistent from green to green. The course was in good shape and the traps, I saw too many, were very well maintained.
