Perched along the spectacular Sonoma County Coast, the Links at Bodega Harbour has once again received a Golf Digest “Places to Play” award. In addition to receiving this prestigious award each year since its inception, Bodega Harbour was named #11 by American Express’ Departures Magazine in their ranking of California’s 25 most challenging courses, and is annually rated as one of Northern California’s top ten courses.

Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed a true Scottish seaside links course, reminiscent of those found in Scotland, birthplace of this great game. On the Links at Bodega Harbour you’ll discover golf as it was meant to be! The combination of rolling fairways, cavernous pot bunkers, undulating greens, native coastal rough and seaside marshes create a golf setting unmatched in North America!

From the mounded and rolling fairways of the front nine to “The Pit”, the dramatic 3 finishing holes, you will enjoy a truly memorable golf experience! Enjoy unparalleled views of the Pacific and Point Reyes from 17 of the 18 holes during your round, and then relax in the Ocean View Pub, perhaps replaying your “day on the links” while watching play in “The Pit”, or just sit back and enjoy the spectacular view.

Great course to play at least once A really good golf course, recommend riding a lot of up and down fairways.when I played not much wind made it play easier. May 22, 2015
Bodega Bay Enjoyed our golf. Weather was cloudy with some sunshine & wind. Enjoyed playing with another 2 some. The course had a tournament going but the rate of play was good and we never had to wait after we were started. The course was somewhat challenging to all 4 of us, and the wind made it a little more challenging to keep track of the ball in the rough. May 19, 2015
Overcast and Beautiful I played 18 at Bodega yesterday with a good friend. They were able to put us out as a twosome, which is good because neither of us are going to be setting any course records. The day was overcast and slightly breezy but there was no fog and the sun crept through just enough to keep us warm. The course was maintained nicely and provided challenges that you don't see on many other local courses. Overall, an excellent day for an excellent price. We'll definitely be back to play Bodega! This course is challenging and peaceful. This course is beautiful, challenging, peaceful and very clean. Weather can be challenging, especially when it gets windy. Staffs were very friendly and courteous. May 6, 2015
Windy day Played here several times. Always enjoyed the course and the scenery. It was extremely windy today, which made the round interesting and challenging. April 8, 2015
A little Taste of Scottland's Link Just a Treat..... I have played Pacific Grove in Monterey, Halfmoon Bay Links In Halfmoon Bay, And Now Bodega harbor Links In Bodega Bay..... and I have to say that Bodega is one of the most fun / challenging courses I have played..... I'll definitely comeback now that I played the course for a pay back to the course. "Just a great experience with spectacular views." March 31, 2015
beautiful ocean course Course layout was very challenging with hills and elevated green. Fog came in on the first nine holes (we teed off at 9am) and once we can see the course better, the view and the layout were simply excellent. We played 10 days after course maintenance so green was slow and bumpy and the rate was discounted for this. March 17, 2015
Great views I'm going to start with the positive. The course was in great shape from first tee to 18th green. It has some very good challenges with excellent views throughout. A bit of a warning. The wind comes up in the afternoon and makes some of the holes very challenging. Now the other side of the coin. First off the staff. The younger gentleman in the pro shop was great. No complaints there at all. He was nice, professional, customer service oriented and accommodating. unfortuneately he wasn't the only person there. The older guy was.... Well you get the point. He was so bad we actually put our clubs back in the car and started to leave. As for the food. There is a snack shop attached to the pro shop and a restaurant across the parking lot that overlooks the ocean and 18th green. Unfortunately both closed early on the wednesday we played so we didn't get any food at the turn (no drink carts on the course) nor enjoy an after round drink and meal. It's a true links course in great shape with spectacular views of the pacific. All at a reasonable price. For that I give it a 3.5 star rating. Just don't expect 4-5 star service like at other clubs. Oh and another bonus. Look for the local "pet" bobcat on the 11th or 12th Tee. It came out after we rolled up and laced in the grass to watch us tee off. Sooo cool! March 3, 2015
