Perched along the spectacular Sonoma County Coast, the Links at Bodega Harbour has once again received a Golf Digest “Places to Play” award. In addition to receiving this prestigious award each year since its inception, Bodega Harbour was named #11 by American Express’ Departures Magazine in their ranking of California’s 25 most challenging courses, and is annually rated as one of Northern California’s top ten courses.

Robert Trent Jones, Jr. designed a true Scottish seaside links course, reminiscent of those found in Scotland, birthplace of this great game. On the Links at Bodega Harbour you’ll discover golf as it was meant to be! The combination of rolling fairways, cavernous pot bunkers, undulating greens, native coastal rough and seaside marshes create a golf setting unmatched in North America!

From the mounded and rolling fairways of the front nine to “The Pit”, the dramatic 3 finishing holes, you will enjoy a truly memorable golf experience! Enjoy unparalleled views of the Pacific and Point Reyes from 17 of the 18 holes during your round, and then relax in the Ocean View Pub, perhaps replaying your “day on the links” while watching play in “The Pit”, or just sit back and enjoy the spectacular view.

Awesome Great course. It was extremely windy, but still a great course. Only negative---fantastic views of the bay, and ocean from every holemaking it tough to concentrate on your game. July 23, 2015
Beautiful views but not pebble beach like. Very nice course fun to play with ocean and bay views. Course winds through a housing development which takes away from the otherwise wild location. Lots of elevation change and a true links style course no trees to speak of lots of wind, bunkers and tall grass. Play it if you can great value for your money!!! July 21, 2015
Bodega Coop Great course if you want to be challenged on the front 9. Some spectacular views of the Bay and Ocean. The course is in great shape. A few funky but fun holes. Weather is not always good, but the day we played, it was excellent. July 17, 2015
Very slow Cool overcast summer day by the coast. Bring layers to cope with wind and sun variations! Very pleasant course, 2 or 3 somewhat quirky holes and many blind shots. Only major criticism is the pace of play - 5 1/2 hours on a Sunday morning isn't really acceptable. I got the impression that this wasn't unusual June 22, 2015
Weather is the key factor - snooty staff (with an exception) The course was exceptionally beautiful. Greens were a tad slow but mostly due to early-morning moisture. I teed off at 7:00 AM and was done by 11. The gentleman the pro shop was downright snooty with me when I didn't understand a question that he asked. The guy that was out in the parking lot however was very supportive and offered to clean my cart and shoes for me and did everything to refuse the tip that I wanted to give him. The golf was excellent. Got paired up with some very nice guys. Had a great time on my wife slept in. I hope to go back there as soon as possible! The golf was excellent. Got paired up with some very nice guys. Had a great time on my wife slept in. I hope to go back to bodega bay as soon as possible. On a separate note I've played this course before, and it was probably the windiest day I've ever played golf. I've heard that's not uncommon. Would probably make a lot of sense to check the weather report prior to playing. June 9, 2015
Don't blow me down! One of the guys working at the course told my wife when she said she hoped the sun would come out that it would not be a good thing. He was correct in many ways, the sun did come out and along with it came what seemed like a 30 mile an hour wind and a ten degree drop in temperature. Regardless of this we enjoyed our round here. The conditions were very good, the course was fun and challenging and the pace was good until the 16th hole. The 16th and 17th are walk only, you park your cart and hoof it for two holes. You return to the cart after the second or 17th hole. The 17th is a par 3 about 155 yards from the blue tees and the wind was so strong that I hit a 4 hybrid and still was just short of the green! We unfortunately ran into a group at 16 that looked like they waited for the twosome in front of us and had about a ten to fifteen minute wait before being able to tee off on all three of the last holes. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would like to play the course again. The views are absolutely spectacular as the ocean is visible from almost every hole. The views alone are worth the price, the golf is a nice complement to your sightseeing. May 26, 2015
Great course to play at least once A really good golf course, recommend riding a lot of up and down fairways.when I played not much wind made it play easier. May 22, 2015
Bodega Bay Enjoyed our golf. Weather was cloudy with some sunshine & wind. Enjoyed playing with another 2 some. The course had a tournament going but the rate of play was good and we never had to wait after we were started. The course was somewhat challenging to all 4 of us, and the wind made it a little more challenging to keep track of the ball in the rough. May 19, 2015
