Located on the coastal highlands of Monterey, Seascape Golf Club invites you to enjoy the best that golf has to offer. Indulge yourself in the grace and beauty of one of California`s most esteemed courses and discover your game in the heart of Northern California.

Seascape Golf Club offers today`s golfers a step back in time to roam a classic course while the sound of ocean waves crash in their ears. Built in 1926 as Rio Del Mar Country Club, the course took a sabbatical during World War II, when it served as a "victory garden" to help grow crops for the nation`s war effort.

It resurrected at war`s end as Seascape, an exceedingly playable 18 holes spread over 6,000 + yards, largely protected from wind by the cypress, Monterey pine and eucalyptus trees lining the course. Barely a half-mile from the crashing waves of the Santa Cruz coast, Seascape`s classic design features manicured fairways and well positioned bunkers that guard small tricky greens.

This course is fun to play. I have golfed at Seascape a few times. Each time has been a fun experience. When ever I am in Capitola I try to make a tee time at Seascape. The scenery for me is beautiful. I am always a single walk on and the players I have been paired with all have been fun and easy to get along with. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. I live in the Santa Clara and I recommend Seascape to those who can make it. July 12, 2015
Favorite Santa Cruz area course Play Seascape a couple times a year on vacation. Always my first choice. July 11, 2015
WELL KEPT FAIRWAYS AND GREENS Some of us go to the golf course sometimes to socialize, sometimes to relax and sometimes to show your competitive side, on this course I believe all is in the menu, the scenery is complementary which leads to complete relaxation and allows one to exercise the purpose of your golfing experience. Met a wonderful couple from Brentwood, Ca who are now friends. If I was to rate this course I would rated it a 9.75 difficult but within range for the below average golfer. July 9, 2015
Beautiful course As always the course was in great shape. The the only downside was the pace of play. But, that seems to be like most courses in the area. Can't complain too much as it was s beautiful, warm sunny day. July 8, 2015
Great Good course and challenge. Enjoyed the day. Will do it again. July 2, 2015
Course is Al' ight In town for a wedding so decided to do a Saturday dawn patrol round. Course has a rep for slow play but I got paired with another single; tee'd off at 6:30am & we blazed around in just under 3 hours. When we finished, there were 3 groups waiting on first tee with plenty of players on the practice green. Short course on the card but the meat is in all the Par 3's. Medium-long in distance with small greens make them difficult to hit. Haven't played too many 18 hole courses that feature the Par 3's as the toughest holes on the course, but 3 of these holes are in the top six in difficulty !! I would play again at a better rate but for convenience, it worked out just fine. July 1, 2015
Course to remember No need for driver on most holes, 3 iron 220 is all that's needed. Staff needs to smile more :) June 29, 2015
considering the drought, this course was in excellent condition nothing is perfect these days with water such a commodity, but this course is as good as you can hope for right now and the weather was perfect about 72 degrees.Beautiful course cut in and out through the tall trees,I love the links style were holes aren't back to back and it continues through the the groves of trees.Has some incredible holes really and fun to play.the children selling golf balls reminded me of when I was a kid doing the same thing.....good to see kids out earning money and still living in the real world.
