Castlegar’s golf course, rated four star by Golf Digest, has been singled out by major golfing magazines as among the best golf courses to play in Canada. We have been praised for providing outstanding value with a remarkable golfing experience.

The Castlegar Golf Club is a championship 18 hole, semi-private golf course situated above the Columbia River. Our facilities include a fully stocked Golf Shop, Restaurant, Clubhouse and a New 20 Site RV Park. We also offer the following amenities: private lessons, driving range, practice greens, club rentals and power carts.

Our restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We encourage golfers and non-golfers alike to come up the short drive from the city and enjoy the food and ambiance. Our chef, Brian deVooght is back again this year creating wonderful menu selections for your dining pleasure.

The Castlegar Golf Club has made a conscious effort in recent years to regain the Championship form that it has been known for over the years. Since the hiring of veteran Course Superintendent Craig Stocker seven years ago, course conditions have improved dramatically. In 2007 we hosted the BC Seniors Amateur Tournament, in 2010 the BC Amateur Tournament, and in 2011 the BC Senior Games; all with great success!! The Castlegar Golf Club has hosted a number of top tournaments in the past and is looking forward to having BC’s best players testing their playing skills on our challenging course.
