The Lodge At Ventana Canyon
Imagine teeing off on one of our two Tom Fazio designed championship golf courses... Located on a plateau above the city of Tucson and nestled into the Catalina Mountain foothills, The Lodge at Ventana Canyon embraces the spirit of this unique and beautiful land.
Golf at Ventana is a challenging and memorable event. It`s a visit with nature that not only includes the beauty of the desert foliage, but also a visit with wildlife such as deer, roadrunners, quail, rabbits, bobcats and birds of every description.
Ventana Canyon features two outstanding eighteen-hole courses. Both are desert-style, target courses.
The Mountain Course has many changes in elevation and several elevated tee while the Canyon Course is more level, but no less challenging. Undulating, impeccable greens and beautiful vistas from within the Santa Catalina mountains make Ventana Canyon one of the best golf experiences in Southern Arizona.
The public is allowed to play the Mountain Course on even days of the month, and the Canyon Course on the odd days. These courses were the site of the Pro-Am tournament for the PGA and LPGA Tour`s Tucson Open. The finals for The Merrill Lynch Shoot Out were also held here. Both courses have ladies` course and slope ratings from the men`s tees.
