Arizona National (formerly The Raven Golf Club at Sabino Springs) is desert golf at its finest. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the golf course meanders among the foothills of Tucson`s beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains as it follows the rugged natural flow of the land across shady mesquite-lined arroyos and skirts craggy rock outcroppings.

Along the way, its diverse 6,776-yard layout will throw enough tough decisions and classic golf-in-the-desert challenges at you to test the very limits of your ability. Yet, it has the flexibility to do so without ever becoming unfair. And, its always fun!

As compensation for the challenge, you`ll also get to enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery of any golf course in the Southwest, including panoramic mountain vistas, forests of giant saguaros, and the rare beauty of nine natural springs.

Arizona National has formed an alliance with the University of Arizona to become the home course of the University of Arizona Wildcats men`s and women`s collegiate teams. The teams will practice and play regularly at Arizona National and will also be host to all University of Arizona collegiate events.

front nine closed - back nine greens punched front nine holes closed , had to play back nine twice. back nine greens freshly punched , bumpy & slow. After nine holes -approx 9am- restaurant not open, could purchase beverages with cash only. They don't open rest & bar until 10:30 am. no alerts or notifications about this. great course to play under normal conditions. Disappointing day at Arizona National. June 24, 2015
Outstanding Staff Father's day, Jeff the starter was very helpful since not playing course for a year. Gave us suggestions on how to play certain holes. Went to restaurant after playing, Alex the server was pleasant. Would recommend to any couple that wants a relaxing day of golf June 22, 2015
Great and challenging play Had a 1209 tee time and I played single until I joined another at hole 3. It was great day and the pace was amazing. The course looked great just would like to see better sand and better kept bunkers. June 21, 2015
Tucson golf with views I played Arizona National 6/19 at 0757 for $40 including golf, range balls, meal, and a drink. This is the first time I have played here since'08 and from what I've read and heard I'm glad I haven't. The course was in outstanding shape with a few exceptions. Greens were all consistent and the same speed. Most putts had a lot of break around the hole if not hit at the correct speed. Fairways were very good with very few bare spots. Sand traps were good with nice sand and gave you a chance to get out of them. The tee boxes had plenty of grass on them but many were severely not level. I had to search many of them for a relatively flat spot to tee of from but this was my only gripe about the course. The course itself is challenging but fair. Off line tee shots still provide a chance for recovery was severely off line shots will find the desert. I think the back nine has more bite to it especially #11 which is a very long par 5 with a difficult tee shot. The scenery and views around the course are gorgeous. Many of the tee boxes are elevated providing 360* views of Tucson. The 18th hole is worth the price of admission especially if you hit a good tee shot. The customer service at the course was great. We saw the beverage cart 3 times during the round. I'm hoping to keep Arizona National in my Tucson rotation. June 20, 2015
Arizona National There is not a better deal in Tucson right now than this. An incredibly challenging trek that will test your shot making ability and great city views. Very beautiful course. June 7, 2015
