Arizona National (formerly The Raven Golf Club at Sabino Springs) is desert golf at its finest. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., the golf course meanders among the foothills of Tucson`s beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains as it follows the rugged natural flow of the land across shady mesquite-lined arroyos and skirts craggy rock outcroppings.

Along the way, its diverse 6,776-yard layout will throw enough tough decisions and classic golf-in-the-desert challenges at you to test the very limits of your ability. Yet, it has the flexibility to do so without ever becoming unfair. And, its always fun!

As compensation for the challenge, you`ll also get to enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery of any golf course in the Southwest, including panoramic mountain vistas, forests of giant saguaros, and the rare beauty of nine natural springs.

Arizona National has formed an alliance with the University of Arizona to become the home course of the University of Arizona Wildcats men`s and women`s collegiate teams. The teams will practice and play regularly at Arizona National and will also be host to all University of Arizona collegiate events.

Awesome Great course cost 14. How do you get better than that May 13, 2015
Great Course I have played this course several times and it has always been in good condition. There are two things that the maintenance should address regarding conditions. There are several tee boxes that are not level and you are standing in a hole or on a hump. There are some bunkers that need to worked on as well, but most are in good shape. The staff was very friendly and were very helpful. I play this course when I visit Tucson. It is a little difficult to find, but worth it. May 11, 2015
Great value. Great value. Great conditions. Great views. Cart paths are in need of repairs. The carry areas off the tees have been extensively pruned and are ugly but it's a necessary evil. It grows back. Thanks Golf Now for the incredible deal!! May 10, 2015
Great course 1st time playing Arizona National and what a great golf course! Was very fortunate to play with Doug, a member, who is one of the nicest guys you'll meet. Course is very challenging with carries on just about every hole, so make sure you play the right tees. Fairways and rough are in great shape and the greens are as well. One of my pet peeves are non-repaired ball marks on the greens and we found very few. They even had a guy at the turn manning a grill where you could get something quick to eat. We finished in a little under 4 hours and never had to wait to hit. Make sure you hit from the blue tees on 18 as the view is truly spectacular. There are a bunch of great courses in Tucson but this just became my new #1. May 3, 2015
Gorgeous, but tough! One of the most visually stunning courses I have played, and in tip-top condition. However, the course is tough -- the slope is 139 from the blue tees, and there are many forced carries over very prickly desert. There are also several blind tee shots. Had I not been paired with two great guys who had local knowledge (one of them, Ryan, works at the club) it would not have been nearly as much fun. I highly recommend the course, but check you ego at the gate -- it will humble you. April 30, 2015
course conditions. company has done a wonderful job of bringing the course back from the terrible condition it was dragged down to by IRI, the previous owners .It is once again amount the best courses in Tucson. April 26, 2015
great course, great views My wife and I enjoyed a very scenic and challenging golf course. Course in excellent condition.....removing foliage in spots makes for less lost balls and frustration. staff very helpful and friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this golf venue to locals and snowbirds. April 24, 2015
Very Scenic Desert Course But Tough It's nice to hear that the condition of this course has improved over the past several years. This was my first time to play here and it was enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This course can be very tough given that you have to hit over "stuff" on numerous shots. The fairways were in good shape but the greens were extremely hard and fast. Lot's of trouble to get into on this course but I enjoyed the round I played and would come back in the future.
