Continental Golf Course
Poorly kept course
The grass was not in good shape, very dry and that which was green was spotty dry.
The staff appeared uninterested, just going through the motions and not very friendly or inviting.
They had duck all over the course and of course all the dropping that ducks leave were everywhere. We had to watch where we were walking.
The carts appeared old (squeaking and grinding) and not in good condition.
There is a small creek that run through the course, it was clogged with debris.
Overall this course was not well kept nor was it a pleasant course to play because of the ducks and debris strewn throughout the course.

WAY TO SLOW! WARNING
I booked through golf now. Called after to reserve clubs for me and my wife. They said that they had the clubs.
We showed up, of course there are no mens clubs at that moment. He was nice enough to say we could have them for free when they came in in 10-15 minutes. So we waited. After 25 minutes we they were not back so we took off and i was going to play with my wifes and have them drive down to me. Inconvenient but whatever.
It was twilight and he told us we should zip through the first 9...we showed up to the first hole and there were 3 groups ahead of us waiting to tee off.
I know it was thanksgiving and a holiday so it would be busy, but there is NO WAY they should have let that many people on/booked tee off times.
After 1 hour we had just finished the 4th whole at this very very short par 3 course. And were waiting about again with 3 groups all waiting at the next hole.
It was about 30 minutes until dark so i went and asked for my money back.
He gave me the money back to followed up with an "I told you it was going to be busy, what did you expect, it was a holiday"
First he told us we would zip through the front 9, and second i expect to not be waiting for more than one group ahead of me.
Anyone who should up the sent to the first tee and said get in line.

not the best day of play
I thought I would go out for a quick 3 or 3 1/2 hour round of golf. Unfortunately, I had to stop after 4 hours of play and only finishing 16 holes at this executive par 3 course. It was extremely slow play. The greens were in so-so shape. I was surprised to see many little bald spots about the size of a ball mark or slightly larger on many greens. I guess the snowbirds are here for the coming winter months!

greens were pretty rough. . . will probably be good in a couple of weeks. Fairways were so so

For the money OK
basic executive course. Course conditions average. Greens were cut very heavy, so planting was not so great. For $20, it is worth it.

Bad conditions on 9/30/14
Played on Tuesday 9/30/14, worst conditions I have ever play in. Mud and I mean a lot n every hole and fairway. Cost $17 and was not worth it. Place should of been closed for another day. Womens league 40 + started at 6:30, we were held up on one hole for 20 minutes. The league should have a shot gun start but did not. We usually play 3 times a week at this course and may now cut back and go some where else.
