Shabby shape. We played here before recent changes and liked it much better before. Seems tricked up and that they tried to get too much out of too little real estate. Course was in shabby shape, sand traps looked like dried up river beds, blind holes seem a danger to players with no GPS indicating where carts ahead are. Course was overbooked and we waited on every hole. Cannot recommend. October 13, 2014
Over seeding, not playable Over seeding should not be open, looks like it would be a good course once preparation complete!! October 10, 2014
Where is the grass The course was in bad shape a lot of flood damage from the rains a month ago. It looks like they gave up since it was close to the over seeding time. Also no driving range, they have a net. Putting green had a lot of bare spots. October 8, 2014
Need to manage outings better. The day we played there was an outing going on which we were unaware of before booking the round. The outing players were rude, drunk, and abusive to the staff and groups not playing in the outing. We were unable to complete our round due to their slow play. I normally recommend this course to people because it is challenging and has wonderful views. I would say check with the pro shop before book a round to see if they have an outing so you will avoid the same situation. October 2, 2014
Storm Damage The course is not in very good shape. Holes 2,3 and 4 were completely under water after the big storm and they are in TERRIBLE shape. It's like playing on the moon! Some of the other holes also have damage resulting from the flooding. This should be posted on your website! September 26, 2014
going blind can be fun You need to play this course more than once to really get the feel of it. Many blind tee shots or dog legs hidden behind trees or bushes. Not overly long from the blue tees, but accuracy of the tees a necessity. My son is a long hitter so only used driver a few times. September 9, 2014
Great course Course in great condition, friendly staff! Only negativeis joggers are rude! September 8, 2014
Arizona Grand August 2014 first time playing. Squeezed in 9 holes before leaving for airport about 20 minutes away. Beautiful course, very well maintained. Challenging but fair, not too long. Staff very friendly. I played the front, but drove through the back nine on the way out and it is in the desert mountains and very interesting and beautiful. Paired up with a couple who play it often and he warned me of snakes and scorpions, so if you hit one into the rough, pull it out with a club, not your hand!! I played in the heat of summer. I am told it is very nice in winter and becomes very expensive. September 2, 2014
