Robson’s newest championship golf course, SaddleBrooke Ranch Golf Club in the North Tucson area, provides challenge and excitement for players of all abilities. As a result of the design, the course provides a good test of golf for the low handicapper, while also challenging the high handicapper when played from the appropriate set of tees.

The 18-hole layout meanders through lush green desert terrain with several incorporated natural washes and mountain views from almost every direction. Generously wide fairways allow the golfer to feel comfortable off the tee and rewards thoughtful play through the many options presented. Mounds, hollows and bunkers allow various recovery shot opportunities and suround the large, receptive greens, More than 250 beautiful desert trees were planted throughout the golf course corridor to have an impact on playability and further enhance the character of the golf course.

Most unfriendly Booked a twosome. On check, we were told that there were no other players to pair us up with. The girl at the desk was rude and very short with people. On the course, we were followed by a twosome. We were told we would be able to have a meal at the end of the round but the restaurant was closed when our round was done. Have never visited a less friendly course. April 16, 2014
Good value. Newer course. Not a bad layout. Needs a little more time to mature. Fairways and greens were really good shape. Can get a lot of wind out there. Then is plays like a desert links. Not many houses around it now. We went to dinner at the preserve at saddlebrooke. That looks like a much more interesting course. April 13, 2014
Saddlebrook Ranch Great experience, Pro Shop employee seemed a little skeptical about the rate I was charged ($15) other that that an overall good day of golf. The Bad Portable toilets for bathrooms. No beverage cart. Excess water in low areas (not standing just soggy) wouldn't go that far if paying full rate. April 13, 2014
Golfer Friendly course Our first time playing the course and have already made tee time for a return round. It is a very golfer-friendly course. The staff is very friendly and we felt very welcome there. April 13, 2014
Golf Trip It is the best shape I ever seen, best layout around I never played. April 9, 2014
Good new and bad news The bad news first. You can buy practice range balls of about $20 cents each. Outrageous. The good news is the coarse is worth the half tank of gas it takes to get there and back home. It was in good condition and the pace of play for a Sunday was better than average. April 7, 2014
The course is always in great shape even in the summertime. The back nine is especially challenging, with 10, 11, 12 and 13 real testers. Played this course zoo many times and I love it. Great conditions and a good value for the dollar. April 5, 2014
