Set in the heart of the East Valley, Superstition Springs Golf Club is one of Arizona`s most challenging golf layouts. This premier course measures over 7,000 yards from the back tee and has a 130 slope rating. This PGA Tour qualifying site is rated among the southwest`s finest golf experiences.

In the design of Superstition Springs Golf Club, course architect Greg H. Nash sculpted the existing topography to create extensive and striking mounding, expansive bunkers, and a variety of attractive, yet strategically-placed water features. When finished, he had fashioned a course that was equally beautiful and challenging. Recognized by Golfweek as one of "America`s Best Golf Courses" in 1992, 1993 and 1994, Superstition Springs Golf Club is a former host of the P.G.A. Tour Qualifier.

too slow the course was in good condition but the pace of play was terrible..when the foursome ahead of us was playing the tips you would expect them to be good players, but they were awful..a marshal would have noticed this but since none was on the course working a five hour round is the result.. Horrible Outside Services and Staff The course itself was in decent shape and overall was quite challenging. The staff was awful. Showing up they only give you a key to a cart and you have no idea which carts are fresh to take as the fresh carts are mixed in with used carts. The pace of play was horrendous with a 5 some slowing down everyone. At one time there were 7 groups on two holes and when we requested someone to come out, they were apparently irritated with us pointing out the one group backing everyone up. Once play was completed, the outside service stared us down as we got our stuff out and never said a word, apparently hating their lives as well as money?? In addition to having a terrible experience with staff, the course will charge you $3 bucks a person to use their GPS system WITHOUT TELLING YOU THAT YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR IT!!! That is just bad business and shady. Needless to say, I will not be returning anytime soon. April 14, 2014
Superstition - Challenge to hit the greens The course is in great shape and the greens are always challenging. The difficulty comes in hitting the greens with your approach shot. Most of the greens are raised and well bunkered in front. Well struck approach shots are required to score on Superstition Springs. Have fun and good luck! April 14, 2014
this course has a lot of challanges We had great fun playing this course, I loved some of the different challanges. The only problem was the air stunck around there like sewer water. April 14, 2014
Pace of play I was very disappointed playing this course this year. It was a hot day and the pace of play was very slow. It took 5 and half hours to play in 97 degree weather. By the back 9 I just wanted to be done. The people we were playing with were also ticked off at the pace of play. The group in front looked for golf balls at the hole with water. I not sure I will play this course again. April 13, 2014
Poor customer service I made an early tee time to complete 18 holes in a reasonable amount of time. When the threesome I was playing with were in the middle of the 11th hole, the golf course decided to start a shotgun tournament. We found ourselves in the middle of the tournament being pushed from behind and waiting for the groups in front. We called the golf course office , who stated that they forgot to tell us about the tournament. They offered to provide a rain check to return and play none holes or we could complete the round. We took the offer to take the rain check for another 9 holes at another time, however, when at the clubhouse the staff rescinded the 9 hole offer and only provided a small about in the form of a rain check to play a partial 9. I was not impressed. April 12, 2014
Most beautiful landscape I have seen on a golf course in mesa, staff could have been better Lovely landscape. Course surrounded by trees and lots of flowers and water, very exotic feel. Staff could have been friendlier, the pro shop automatically assumed we wanted a gps and charged us 3$ each until we said something about it. Outside service was not informative at all we had to ask where the first tee and driving range were. He didnt seem to care it was our first visit to the course. Overall very nice greens, fun course. I would return with lower expectations of service next time to avoid disappointment. April 12, 2014
Where are the rangers when needed Have played this course every April for several years and the time of a round has increasingly worsened. I really like the course but I doubt I will play it again as it is too frustrating to be waiting 5 to 10 minutes for nearly every shot. The starter push the players out too quickly and a ranger rarely monitors the course and pushes the players to keep up. April 11, 2014
