Wigwam Golf & Country Club
Top rated facility and great staff.
Second time playing at the Wigwam, first time on the Gold course, and I can't get enough. The course was in great shape, and the facilities and staff were fantastic. Reminds me of the east valley
(Scottsdale) courses I used to play, but a lot less snobby people and more for your money.

The day started out with a severe monsoon storm which left the golf in muggy conditions. The course we golfed was the patriot (blue) and was in very good shape with fantastic fairway, deep thick rough and good greens. Some damage on greens did not hamper the putting mostly on the edges. Definitely a great course with fast elevated greens. Enjoy.

All things considered, still in great shape.
Considering it is monsoon season/110 degrees, the course was still in great shape. They are currently cutting out some sections of grass (rough/OB) to add a different type of shrubbery to the course, but other than aesthetics, it should not affect you. Greens are still in pretty good shape. Rough was extremely dense. Fairways in good condition.

Watch for signs to navigate the course, it gets tricky
Beautiful facility with wide fairways and incredible staff to help you find your way...

lost on yardages
greens were a little rough and was often lost on yardages. Played the heritage (red) course but accidentally teed off on the closed gold course which I would recommend over the heritage course. it was nice enough, especially for the money. I think I paid $16 for round, cart, and range. nice.

Greens were fair and smooth
The course was in great shape from the tee boxes to the greens. We really enjoyed our round.

The staff and course was very golfer friendly.
A good choice for our golf outing. It provided challenging fairways and greens that were both fast and slow.
