Whirlwind Golf Club - Cattail Course

Most of the design features of the more challenging Cattail course follow the natural terrain of the land, creating rolling fairways, undulated greens, striking water features and deep canyons. Vegetation indigenous to the Native American land thrives in the rugged landscape. An extensive replica of the Gila River reminds visitors of a time when the river provided recreation and life sustaining water to the native tribes.

The course boasts 5 tee boxes that challenge every level of golfer. The fairways reach for 7,218 yards from the farthest tees for a rating of 73.4 and a slope rating of 132.
