very good value for the $; fun course to play
first time we played it. course was not long but had a number of interesting holes. Enjoyable course to play.

Perfect
My girlfriend and I caught the twilight rate at 3pm and were a little skeptical because it is next to Springfield, which is always in horrible condition. Upon arrival, staff was very friendly and welcoming into the resort. We got to the first tee and the course was in some of the best condition around the valley. Tee boxes were cut short and were very green, fairways were defined with little to no dead spots present, and greens were very lush and had perfect roll. Bunkers were deep and sand was fine, and an added bonus, the water in the lakes are crystal clear. I was seriously surprised by the pure quality of this course.
We got our round in very quickly and there was hardly anybody on the course. Afterward, we went into the restaurant to the bar and community residence were nice and very outgoing.
Would recommend this course to anyone and everyone.

Great little golf course
Nice little course to sharpen your short game ,. Fairways & greens were in good shape. We played with two residence who were very accomadating & friendly . Would play again . My wife &I had a very enjoyable afternoon at this fine little executive golf course.

Good value
Very nice executive course that is a little longer than most executive courses. Was in good shape, especailly the greens. Backed up at the 1st tee but moved along well once we started play.

Short Course can drive the greens
There was a frost delay, and I was not called to the first tee, had to go to the pro shop and asked if I missed my tee time ( yes ) was not called, the group I was to play with had already teed off and was putting out on the 1 green so, didn't get to play the fist hole and the race was on to catch them on the second tee box. The course is great BUT, its some what tight and I could drive all the greens but, one. The only par 5, had to wait for the group ahead to be off the green, hit into them only once. Not driver friendly because of the homes and the warning if you break it you bought it. Question you have a home on a golf course and players do slice or hook and you have home owners insurance? right ? So, if your not sure hit it easy.

Golfed on January first , had a great time great value a great day
golfed with 3 golfers who made me feel welcome . lost my gap wedge and Leonard the Ranger found it and returned it a great day thank you Sunbird . I will be back!!!

Great value and well maintained!
I was suprised at this well maintained course in Chandler. It was my first time playing at Sunbird. There was plenty of water and sand traps to make the course somewhat challenging. The back 9 had several extra par 3 and 4's which allowed my score to be lower than normal. Enjoyed the afternoon.

An interesting short course. Well maintained
For a modified executive course, almost every hole has interesting chalenges. Some short par 3's with water to negotiate and one 500 yrd par 5 with water up the right side, a 3 shot to the green hole for the average player.
The greens were all in good shape and slower than you would think. Maybe because we played late afternoon and they were grown in a little.

Challenging Course!
Keep it straight or you'll take out a window, as the houses are very close to the fairways. It's a great course, well maintained and interesting.

Nice course, nice condition
I can't complain about anything here. Fairways are all in good shape. Greens are a bit hard, but that is to be expected this time of year. Overall, a fun course.

this was the first time here for my hubby and I. We had a great time!! The greens were decent, everyone was friendly and you definitely without a doubt can't beat the awesome prices golfnow.com has to offer! We are definitely going back :)

Fun Executive Course. In very goof shape. Good value for money
The course was in very goof shape. The front 9 is long for an executive course and a lot of fun - The back side a normal executive length. The staff is very friendly and helpful! It is very good value for money.

Very nice landscaping and well manicured greens.
Some narrow fairways and well placed pins make this course a challenge for even some better golfers. Don't discount playing this course.

Nice balance of challenging holes
Summertime in AZ can be challenging for course caretakers, however this course was in good shape and offered a good balance of challenging to not so challenging holes.
