Why don`t I get an email immediatley after I sign up?

Our email offers usually contain the best deals, but they are limited. They are not sent to each customer every day. We follow a rotation so that everyone has an opportunity to receive our best deals. Please be patient, an offer will arrive soon.

Why do you offer times that end up not being available?

The tee time inventory shown on the website is based on supply and demand. When tee times are loaded into our system the inventory is available, but tee times may sell through a number of different channels. To see if a tee time is still available, just start the booking process.

Our system will check to see if the tee time is still available. If so, you will be able to continue the booking process. If the tee time is no longer available, we will try to display the closest available tee time and you will be asked if you want to continue the booking process with the new tee time.

Why do tee times seem to appear and disappear?

When you click on a tee time and select the number of players, the tee time is put on hold for five minutes. This allows you time to complete the booking process. If you do not complete the process, that time will be removed from hold and appear on the website later.

Why is payment in full required for some times and not for others?

Some tee times on our web site require full payment online, while others must be paid at the golf course. Tee times with the biggest savings require up-front online payment.

Partial Benefit: A customer who is “grandfathered in” as a Frequent Golfer at the beginning of the program will receive a “partial benefit.” He will pay no transaction fees for all of 2012 (until midnight Pacific Time, Dec. 31, 2012). Full Benefit: A customer who earns Frequent Golfer status by playing 10 rounds within a calendar year will pay no transaction fees for the remainder of that year and all of the next year. For example, if a customer becomes a Frequent Golfer in March 2012, he receives free transaction fees on eligible rounds for the rest of 2012 and all of 2013. During 2013 he must play 10 more rounds to keep the benefit in 2014. (As long as he books 10 rounds a year, he will remain a Frequent Golfer in perpetuity).

Why is GolfNow retiring the GolfNow Rewards program?

GolfNow is retiring the GolfNow Rewards program because we are launching a new Frequent Golfer program that will provide even greater benefits to our most loyal golfers. Once you qualify for status, you automatically save money on virtually every booking, as transaction fees are waived on your behalf. The more you play, the more you save, period. Plus, GolfNow will also be awarding customers a variety of golf related benefits, such as free tee times, additional discounts, and tickets to golf events. The more you play, the more opportunities you have to be awarded.

What happened to my points earned from the old Rewards program?

Your points have been retired since 1/1/2012. GolfNow users with a minimum number of points should have received an email from GolfNow that contained a code for GolfNow Green, essentially a credit that can be used at any point in 2012 against select Hot Deal inventory on GolfNow.com. Further, certain golfers with a substantial number of bookings were provided with automatic “Frequent Golfer” status in our new program. If you have further questions about your previous point balance, please email rewards@golfnow.com.
