Brett Darrow - Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder

Brett Darrow has more than 15 years experience in the Internet and e-commerce industries. Prior to founding Cypress Golf Solutions, Darrow had the responsibility of managing and developing the business strategy of Greens.com. As President and Founder of Greens.com, he helped grow the company to more than 1,000 golf courses and organized the acquisitions of three additional companies. Previously, Darrow was President of Desert Golf Promotions where he created one of the first online booking engines for golf packages.

Frank Halpin - Chief Operating Officer & Co-founder

Frank Halpin has more than 15 years experience in Management Information Systems and e-commerce. He has held senior positions at Claremont Technology Group, Emerald Solutions, and Greens.com. Previously, Halpin was a technology consultant where he successfully delivered on large scale integration and custom application development projects for clients such as PacifiCorp, Merix (MERX), CNF, Emery Worldwide, and CH2M Hill. At Greens.com, he was the Director of Product Development and Director of Mergers and Acquisitions. Halpin earned a BS degree in Business with an emphasis in Management Information Systems and a minor in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon.

Duane Craw - Chief Technology Officer

Duane Craw has more than 21 years experience in the field of Management Information Systems including more than 12 years as a technology consultant. His experience includes serving as architect on projects in a number of technologies and filling a variety of roles such as programmer support, database design and implementation, systems design, object design, program and project management, application development, web development, conversion and implementation. Craw earned a BS degree in Computer Science from Loma Linda University in Riverside, California.

Mike Loustalot - Executive Vice President of Sales

Mike Loustalot has worked in nearly every facet of the golf business spending 10 years working in golf shop operations, three years in golf course development and 12 years as a pioneer in the ever-evolving golf marketing technology front. He spent five years selling electronic tee sheet and point-of-sale systems to the golf industry in Arizona, Nevada and California. During that time, Loustalot was responsible for launching regional tee time reservation networks in Phoenix, Arizona. The company he worked for, Golf Digest Information Systems, launched reservation systems in Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, North and South Carolina, Virginia, and New Jersey. Loustalot earned a BS in Business Administration from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona.

Michael Kasten - Chief Financial Officer

Michael Kasten is a Certified Public Accountant with 17 years of professional accounting and finance experience. Prior to joining Cypress, Kasten was the managing director of an accounting firm that provided accounting outsourcing, accounting systems consulting, business advisory services, accounting, and income tax planning and preparation services. He has held senior management positions at e-commerce and finance companies including being the senior finance member of an e-business venture of a Fortune 50 Company. In addition, Kasten was responsible for the SEC and financial reporting for a publicly traded company. After earning his Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance, Kasten spent 7 years in public accounting and was an audit manager for a Big 4 accounting firm.
